The location in Old Town was perfect with everything within walking distance. The staff, especially Daniel at reception, was incredibly friendly and attentive, he helped us with luggage storage between our two stays and arranged excellent laundry service for us. No complaints, everything exceeded our expectations.

We stayed here the week before and returned because of the consistently excellent service. Daniel continued to be incredibly helpful, and the breakfast was really good with plenty of variety. No complaints, everything was just as great as our first stay.

A very peaceful & serene place, tucked in the busy & vibrant streets of Hanoi. Great location as it was situated centrally in the old quarter. The hotel in itself is clean, great decor & aesthetic, breakfast was great and the staff we're so informative & helpful (shout out to Daniel & Tony) None.

Spacious room. Good location. Room 409, the toilet is sometimes smelly. Breakfast is included but it's poor. The soya sauce was out of date but it was still served during the breakfast. Check the expired date before using.

The location is good. Once I arrived at the place, I realized the hotel does not have the same name as shown on booking.com. The TV doesn’t work in any room; the staff said it was under maintenance. At first, I was given a room without a window. Then I was moved to another room with a window, but the shower was inside the toilet without any separation, meaning when you take a shower the entire bathroom gets wet. I finally asked for another room, which was larger but cost twice the price of the original room. Breakfast was very simple — just basic value for money.

The room is super hot, even the aircon can't suffice the heat. The WIFI doesn't work.

Location. The place is falling apart. Lack of adequate amenities. Room with no view advertised as with view. Shower provides only dripping water. Lousy breakfast. They don't seem to take their business seriously.

NOTE: Somebody posted a review of this place without my knowledge from my account. I don't know how that happened. I have kept the fake review in the attachment for reference. Hoping that it gets published. My review: the hotel is centrally located in the Old Quarter which makes it a good base to explore the surroundings. The room I stayed in was spacious. It had a good amount of storage space, a fridge, and a kettle. The lady at the front desk, Ms. Chloe, was very helpful. ================================== In case the screenshot of the fake review doesn't get published, here it is, as it was written: Good location,attentive staff. Just disappointed with the fake review written under my name. The review had assigned an overall rating of 10 and full marks to all the criteria such as facilities, comfort, cleanliness etc. Booking.com needs to look into this epidemic of fake reviews of Vietnamese hotels. The hotel is ok for a night's stay. General cleanliness in the common areas needs to be improved. The breakfast was just not sufficient. It's served in the hotel adjacent to this one, in a dimly lit hallway. At the time of my arrival for breakfast, there were a few pieces of fruit and bread available, which were not refilled while I was there. There was a set menu from which one could order one dish. Staff booked a bus ticket to SaPa for me, but came to know that they charged a hefty premium for that.
