Alex was great!

we decided to book an alternative stay for the rest of our trip to Hanoi The hotel was dirty, you could see that beds, floor, linen and bathroom were not cleaned properly and also find hair of previous guests on our pillow. After we complained to the staff they did a thorough cleaning which helped but everything is so old and out of maintenance with this hotel that it wasn't enough. We also found a cockroach waiting for us on the 2nd night. The bathroom is looks olds and in a bad state they just placed a built-in bathtub without actually building it so water goes everywhere around and also gathers mold. Lots of cracked tiles etc. Beds were not comfortable and if you want to adjust the temperature of the ac you need to ask the receptionist to come over

Affordable and nice place in old quarter. Not party vibes, very chill. The woman Hachu working the front desk was very sweet and helpful! They kept some items for me that I had forgot when I checked out

Location was convenient, however the old quarter of Hanoi is becoming a zoo and it’s too crowded. Despite several emails sent via booking to the hotel they never responded. I also talked to a staff member at booking and it was useless. So booking.com customer service doesn’t care about the customer. The tv was not working. The wifi in the room was weak and I had to go to the lobby to get decent wifi. Even if you book with a credit card The hotel does not accept credit cards due to bank compatibility according to the owner. However all my 3 credits cards were working fine at other stores. The vent in the bedroom was not very clean. The air conditioning is managed by the hotel and the temperature cannot be adjusted. Also it is a bit noisy and it can be inconvenient at night. I didn’t use it a lot as it rained for 4 days! When I arrived there were some hairs on the floor and I asked them to come back to clean the room and the bathroom and they did. The room is a decent size but the furniture is aging.

Have to give a shout out to the helpful English speaking staff. They went above and beyond helping me enjoy my stay in Hanoi and Alex was help me book my trip to Ha Long Bay, Ha Giang Loop And Ninh Binh so cheap and nice trip. Here, you’ll be located right in the heart of everything going on. It’s budget friendly - I got myself a private room and it was well worth it. The space was big enough for me to organize and keep my things organized while I stayed. Breakfast so easy but enough for me

Alex was very helpful and make us feel like home during stay. He also can help with booking tour to Ha Long, Ning Binh, Hagiang Loop with Hong Hao!! The hotel was clean, comfy bed, great location :)

Chu Chu was really helpful and friendly on reception, helping us to arrange grab bikes and a taxi. We were given a free breakfast and an up grade for our room. It is in the old quarter within walking distance of all the sights and many restaurants.

Exceptional

The staff were very helpful. The location is central. The rooms are old, but clean. It was a handy stay before catching the bus to sapa. Although it looked like it was down a quiet little alley, it was quite noisy. There were a lot of voices coming up from the courtyard below at night (I was on the 3rd floor) . Also, whoever was upstairs seemed to be moving the furniture a lot (very loud on the tile floors). Both of these things are out of the control of the hotel.

the hostel is in a great location, close to the train station and the lake, everything is clean and well-kept, the rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable and clean. the best thing about this place is definitely the people who work there, kind, friendly and they can give you good advice on tours and buses. I recommend the tour to halong bay! I will definitely be back!

Good hotel and location easy for eating, shopping and traveling, room have city view and clean, staff so friendly and helpful, Alex was help me make Ha Long Bay tour and Ha Giang Loop it's so beautiful and nice trip. Thank you so much and highly recommended here. Breakfast so so

We loved our stay at Hanoi Luxury Hotel! We only stayed for one night but it was absolutely perfect. The room was spacious and very comfortable. It was really clean and also very quiet and peaceful. The location in the old quarter was excellent and there was lots of shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The staff at the hotel were warm and welcoming and even allowed us to check in early. Absolutely recommend staying here if you are in Hanoi!

Alex - guy on the reception was amazing! Very very helpful, care about our stay, about our trips, he recommended us many things, which worthed for it. The hotel is at center - close to all important points. Is located at small street , so we were not disturbed by street noice! Cleaning of bathroom could be better, but except this all was just perfect!
