Conveniently located The AC didn’t work the entire time I was there.

The location was great. Walking distance to the lake for morning exercise and right next to the weekend night market. The gym is fantastic and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was just okay with limited options for vegetarians and the room was quite noisy given it overlooked a busy street..

Breakfast had a good selection. Roof top bar & food very good We left a pair of trainers in the room by accident, contacted the hotel within a few hours & they claim not to have found them. This marred our opinion of the staff, they check the room before you are allowed to leave the hotel, they should have spotted them then if not the cleaners would have fallen over them when making the bed. very disappointing.

Excellent location in the heart of the old city. Our room came with earplugs but honestly we didn't need it- it was surprisingly quiet! The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very good- fresh fruit, pho, freshly prepared eggs, a good selection of hot food and pastries. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was a bit dated but considering the location, it was better than what we expected.

Too close to the party zone, noise factor late

I loved this hotel and would highly recommend it. From the moment you step in the lobby there is a cool fresh breeze that smells like lemongrass and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The check in process was very smooth and I was given a tamarind drink as a welcome beverage. They also messaged me several days before my reservation to see if I needed an airport transfer; I didn’t at that time, but I did have them set up my departure transfer which was very convenient. The room was beautiful, with a little balcony, a huge bed with smooth crisp sheets, and all the amenities. The breakfast was also very nice, with lots of options. I ended up not using the fitness centre, but the rooftop bar was a nice space to hang out and enjoy a mocktail. I was able to leave my luggage with them on my last day after I checked out and before I headed to the airport, which was very appreciated! The noise from beer street is definitely a little disruptive in the evening if you’re not participating in the festivities. Nothing to do with the hotel itself, just something to keep in mind for light sleepers. I used ear plugs and put white noise on my laptop, and was totally fine.

The room and restaurant were perfect Some people may not like it is in an active area…I like it

The hotel is in a great location in Old Quarter with a big outside area where you can sit and enjoy the view after a day of walking. The rooftop bar is spacious and a wonderful place to unwind. There is a great variety for breakfast where the staff can make you an omelet or scrambled eggs and there are several hot dishes too. We have to say that the staff at reception were exceptional and very friendly! Shoutout to Jack who walked us to the grab taxi area for us to get to Hanoi train station. We really appreciated the extra effort! The only thing was a minuscule window in our room which we thought could have been a safety hasard. But the room was comfortable.

If staying in the old quarter the location is great, rooms good and breakfast excellent . Also the rooftop bar was such fun We had two dinners at the hotel and they weren’t. We also had a unusual experience that we were joining a tour group and stay on at the hotel for a further two nights, we felt it would help the hotel and us that we kept bothering sane room rather than check out and back in, but they insisted on any additional charge which didn’t seems justifiable

Staffs were very friendly and supportive. Kevin supported a lot during the check in/out process.When we were leaving hotel for Ha long bay tour one of the staffs carried our luggage to the bus for approx 500m. Room was spacious and clean and buffet breakfast includes varieties items for all. Not Applicable

Great location for exploring the market and the old city- or if you want to enjoy some lively nightlife. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms, king sized bed, and the bathroom was obviously recently remodeled. Air conditioner was a little noisy, but didn't stop us from sleeping. The location is very busy and noisy at night, BUT with the sliding doors closed, we couldn't hear anything.

The breakfast was amazing so much choice hot and cold food the room was large with a balcony that over looked the street it was clean and well equipped with everything you might need Even down to a extension lead so you could charge multiple devices. Kevin was the most amazing manager I have ever come across in all my hotel stays nothing was to much for him Ideal location right in the middle of of bars ,restaurants ,shops and nightlife this is a amazing hotel There’s nothing to Dislike

Loved the central location in old quarter and especially the staff. Shout out to Kevin, information manager, who promptly responded to my questions before the visit and greeted us every time we entered the lobby. We booked an executive suite on the 2nd floor and loved having the extra space, like the sitting room separate from the bed. Comfy bed and good amenities. Highly recommend!! Nothing - all good

All the staff were kind and efficient. We especially appreciated Joyce. She was wonderful. She anticipated our needs and was engaging, kind and made us feel comfortable and valued as guests. We do not remember his name, but the gentleman who check us in was great as well. He handled a large group and us at a very busy time with impressive competence. We enjoyed our dining experience at the hotel for a late dinner and breakfast. The staff there were very friendly as well. We wish we had been able to stay longer here, but we had other non refundable bookings arranged after this stay. They were able to upgrade us to a Premier Suite and we would choose that next time. We feel it was worth paying more for.
