Good Location The views are awesome from the window, for the lake and city. The staff is nice. One of the staff, named Vat Anh helped us during a bad incident one night with a taxi driver. The swimming pool was quite big and a nice indoor activity with kids. Breakfast was monotonous. not much variety. For the 5-day stay, it was boring with the same breakfast. Rooms are bit cozy but compact

Overall a great hotel. Nice facilities and having the view over the lake is fantastic. I want to highlight the fitness center and spa which is really outstanding. The room felt like it was luxury 5 years ago but it’s just slightly upscale now. That reduces the value a bit.

Lovely location and brilliant view from summit Sky bar area Stuffy air-conditioning in room and soft uncomfortable pillows and very old soft mattress made sleeping exceptionally difficult.

The pool is vast and clean, great gym too. The rooftop bar has a great view onto the lake. The room offer limited space to store your clothes, the hotel feel a bit dated, and the breakfast is nothing exceptional.

The breakfast was amazing, and the view from the room was also great. Super clean and comfortable! Only small downside is, it is not super central but it still works as it is more peaceful and you can easily move with a Grab/taxi.

I spent 4 nights in a Pacific Club Room (with Executive lounge access) Although the hotel is a couple of years old, my room and bathroom were in tip top condition. Everyday I enjoyed the included afternoon tea, while in the evenings those present enjoyed tasty snacks with a large selection of wine, beer and other drinks to choose from. What impressed me the most, was the personal attention given to me by the hostesses, Zen and Linh amongst others who ensured that I received the required service and snacks promptly. The Pan Pacific hotel is right on West Lake. Hop on Hop Off buses stop near the hotel. There are several mini markets, pharmacies, beauty and massage shops nearby. It is safe to walk around the hotel day or night. Very important is the fact that the rooms are soundproof. I slept like a happy baby every night. The views from the Summit on the 20th floor are almost overwhelming( when the weather is not foggy?) I also visited the sauna and jacuzzi on the 4th floor, on 2 occasions. Nothing

We selected the Deluxe Double room and that had a good view of the lake. It was a corner room. Upon request they even gave us early check in by 1.5 hours. Good location, lake is walkable in 5 min. It seems like a old property which has been done up well but forgot to provide basics. Firstly there are no electrical charging points near the beds - no electrical outlets at all. The wall side bed does not even have a bedside table, so I used my carry on bag as table. Secondly, the shower space is only 2.5 ft x 2.5 ft, though there is a bath tub (and overall bath size is pretty good) but that does not have a shower curtain so you cant take bath there. Worst is that soap n shampoo dispensers are glued outside the shower cubicle and it is a challenge how to reach to them, Ultimately, used the water glasses to take couple of squirits of soap and shampoo to the cubicle!! And this is 5 star we talking. Airconditioning is weak though beds and covers are pretty comfortable. Lastly, though the hotel did not seems busy, but they denied 1.5 hours late check out though they did allow till 1pm. The reception staff was a bit rude for this. I sat in lobby till 2:45 pm and not a single check in happened. Shows lack of customer focus.
