The room was very clean. Excellent bed. The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. We like two pillows but we did get one extra.

The property was perfect for us, it was clean, very quiet, and comfortable. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, they arranged for our airport pickup, helped us exchange cash, and allowed us to check out late. We were a bit hesitant before booking with the lack of reviews, but it’s a new hotel and we’re very happy with our choice to stay there! Just know there is a similarly named hotel nearby, so be sure to use the right address when navigating to and from.

Even though the hotel is next to the road and close to the crowded area, but it’s not that noisy. The staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. :)

There are lots of choices for breakfast! We should have booked for a higher floor so the view is good!

The sheets and the towels could be cleaner. And it should be mentioned in the booking app that if you pay with a credit card that they will charge you an extra % (even if it is common practice in Vietnam).

It was hard looking for a decent hotel that is

The hotel is new and well-maintained. Our room was bright and clean, with no unwanted smells. The bathroom was spotless as well. The air conditioning and heater both worked perfectly. The bed and pillows were cozy, and we appreciated the balcony with a view of the street. There were more than enough power sockets, which was really convenient for charging all our devices. Housekeeping was efficient — they cleaned the room when we requested a make-up room. Another plus was their affordable airport transfer service, which was actually cheaper than booking a Grab. The bathroom was a bit cramped. Since the hotel faces the street, light sleepers might be disturbed by noise from outside. The hotel does not serve breakfast.

This is a new hotel in the area so everything is brand new. Henry was excellent in organizing trips and tours for us to do, he had great food recommendations and was able to answer any questions we had. The hotel is quiet, clean, and the service is top notch. Perfect walking distance within French Quarter

I had an amazing stay here for my trip to Hanoi! The staff were incredibly warm and friendly, especially Henry who provided great recommendations and information about the local area. Very conveniently located, only a short walk from the old quarter but away from the chaos so you are able to rest at night without constant street noise. The room and standards were much higher than o expected for the price! Complimentary water, teas and coffees daily and the entire hotel is very clean with spacious, comfortable rooms. Nothing to improve! The hotel didn’t have breakfast but there are great local breakfast spots all around the main road which was much better to explore Hanoi’s street food gems.

Cozy, spacious and comfortable room in Hanoi ;) The location is great, just few minutes from all restaurants and street food in the Old Quarter. One of the highlights is the hotel staff - Henry was super helpful and supported me in organising airport transfers, Ha Long bay trip, and another transfer to Ninh Binh. He also shares a nice list of recommended, local food spots. All in all, I recommend staying in the Queen Cafe Hotel! My room had a balcony, which was great but came with a drawback too - it was quite loud from the street. Just remember to bring your ear plugs if you are sensitive to noises.

The room was new & modern and the staff were welcoming and friendly. The air in the room was visibly hazy due to the lack of adequate ventilation. There was one tiny window which opened into the corridor outside the room. The floor was dirty so our feet made the bed sheets dirty. There were extremely loud, deep, rumbling drilling noises until late in the evening & early in the morning.

Henry the manager and the staff were so helpful they went above and beyond for us, from ordering taxi to pick us up from airport, Ha long bay cruise and iced coffee delivered every morning to hotel, I needed birthday cake and cards he got them for us, it was walking distance to most places, for the price and hospitality I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
