The location is great. Close to Old Quarter yet not in the middle of all the noise. All attractions walkable distance. Number of great cafes and restaurants close by. Easy access to Main road.

Clean room and 3 twin beds. The lady at the restaurant lobby of hotel wasn’t too friendly.

Very close to downtown Hanoi, and still in a quiet street, the personnel were extremely helpful in arranging commutes and searching for specific needs.

Received an upgrade to the grand suite which was a lovely surprise. We arrived around 10pm and they were prepared and waiting for our arrival. It was a great first I introduction to Vietnam. Stayed 3 nights, one we organised and paid ourselves and the other 2 were included in a tour we were doing. They arranged for our belongings to be transferred to the other room without any hassle at all. We were very happy with our stay here. We were upgraded to the grand suit which has a massive king bed and another bedroom with 2 king singles. The king bed was hard, like sleeping on ply wood, so we slept in the more comfortable king singles. To be fair most of the hotels we stayed in had very firm beds. We prefer a much softer bed so that is my only criticism. Maybe having mattress Toppers available would be a good idea for those seeking more comfort.

As first time visitors to Hanoi & Vietnam we loved the location which is very walkable to all tourist places of interest as well as off the beaten track things we found. The breakfasts were excellent and all the staff we encountered were very friendly and accommodating. The cleanliness was excellent and their willingness to help at all times was very professional. We would highly recommend. The beds were very hard we found - but others like a hard bed so not a complaint really, just a personal opinion.

Very good customer service. Staff polite and efficient. Decent food menu for convenient in-room or restaurant dining. Room generally well-appointed and high standards of cleaning. Great location - 15 min walk from centre and some nice cafes and architecture very close by. Gym good and breakfast suitably varied for a range of tastes. This is relative to Hanoi, but despite a room on the sixth floor, the beeping of horns from cars and motorbikes during the night could be a little disturbing. After walking the streets in the city centre, this soon becomes part of Hanoi’s charm.

Great breakfast with a lot of choices of local and western dishes. The have a breakfast bar serving pho and omelets. The shower door has gaps at hinges so some water will leak out. Other than that the room is quite comfy and efficient.

Nothing positive. I booked months ago. We had a booking for three days and went on cruise for 2 days and when we returned they said they could not accommodation us. They were accommodating other nationalities so I think it was because we were AustraliAn They were rude, discriminating. We were sent a booking confirmation on morning confirming our booking. When we arrived they said we had more important booking come in so sent us to a substandard hotel. So appalled by their service. We booked this hotel 6 months ago.

This hotel is located just south of Hanoi's famous Old Quarter - in walking distance of it. We were upgraded to a huge room with 2 bedrooms, a sitting room, and a large bathroom. The room was quiet, cool, and had comfortable beds. The staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good, with great variety and a chef to make egg selections. The elevator doors are painted with Vietnamese scenes and each floor has cool artwork. Nothing
