Clean room and clean bed AC takes long to cool room, pathetic washroom, no fridge. Asked for 1 double bed and 1 single bed , even after confirming we got 3 single beds very unprofessional this is. Water was not going from washroom which was making it unhygienic to stand. The reception lady asked us to cancel the booking and pay in cash for early check in.very bad experience will never book

Cheap and cheerful, comfy bed The shower had no pressure and there was no room to shower because the shower was on the toilet! Strong smell coming from the bathroom as well!

The lady running it was very sweet, the location was great and a massive bed! The shower situation wasn’t ideal but worth it for the price and for a short stay.

The staff was accommodating. We did enjoy our Hanoi trip without any travel agency because of the help of ms Tran thanh. She helps us book with sleeper bus to sapa.

Great location, can walk to main streets or get a quick taxi. The woman who hosted was very friendly and helpful during our whole stay. The bathroom had a funny smell often and the shower was hard to use due to the space being so small.

Great location with a really lovely host! Bathroom was just awful, shower hardly worked (no clear pics so we didn’t realise we would be stood on the toilet to shower) Building work going on which felt like it was in the room every morning (we had no heads up) For the price of the property it was a little disappointing
