The Sono hotel is in a great location. We could easily walk to the night market, Hoan Kiem lake and West lake. The rooms were comfortable with soft mattress. Staff always smile and ready to help. When we were confused between Ha Giang and Cao Bang tours, they gave us detailed information of each place. It helped us to make right decisions. We had great experiences.

We stayed at the Sono Ha Noi for a total of 5 nights. It's a small and lovely hotel with friendly & helpful staff. We could leave our luggage at the hotel during our trip to Lan Ha bay. Their booking for cruise was very good. We got free upgrade to VIP cabin on cruise. Amazing experience!

I would 100% stay at the Sono hotel again. It's a cheap hotel with great location and wonderful staff who always go above & beyond to make our stay enjoyable. It's not only a hotel but also a travel agent. It saved my time to book their package. We did enjoy our trip in Vietnam!

We like our stay at the Sono hotel. Bed is very comfortable. I really like their soft bed. All the staff were attentive and helpful. They recommended for us many restaurants, cafes and they also helped us to book a trip to Tam Coc. I enjoyed the different caves and bamboo boat ride. Should try!

The Sono hotel is in a perfect location. Beds are soft and comfortable. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They contacted us before arrival and helped us to arrange airport pick up and tour to halong bay. Our flight was delayed for 1 hour but driver still waited for us. Our tour guide on cruise was very helpful and knowledgeable. The cruise was clean, big and nicer than expected.

We stayed at the Sono hotel and it was good experience. Location is great and staff are so kind & attentive. They booked our tour to Halong bay anh Ninh Binh before arrival. It saved our time and money. Both tours were very good.

Great location! close to night market , train street and tourist spots. Staff were accommodating, rooms were comfortable. Staff helped us to book cruise to Ha Long bay and tour Tam Coc. Both tours were well organized. We enjoyed it very much. Recommend!

Good location, very near Dong Xuan market, cozy room and comfortable bed. We slept as babies! We took their suggestions on food and tour to Ha Long bay. We had great time in Hanoi and on cruise

This was our first time to Viet Nam so we had to search alot. Finally we choose the Sono, and. It was our right decision. Staff were so friendly and helpful. They saved eating and visiting places on gg map for us. We could visit Ha Noi by our selves easily. They also helped me to book tours to Ninh Binh and Cao Bang. Amazing views & unforgettable experience

I chose the Sono hotel because It's near Long bien station. But I was very happy with my decision. I felt like coming to friend's house. Staff were nice and helpful. They recommended for me delicious foods, cafe and tour to Pu Luong. Highly recommend.

Everyone who works there is attentive and knowledgeable. They showed us nice local foods and beautiful places to visit. We really enjoyed our time in Hanoi and cruise to Ha long bay which booked by hotel's staff. We got a chance to admire tiny islands and magnificent view of Ha Long bay.

It's a small but lovely hotel in the old quarter, walking distance from many attractions. Staff were so warm and friendly. Their tour booking service is great. Our 2day tour to Halong bay was amazing.

Very central, lot of restaurants around. I tried the BBQ at the opposit shop, it was good. The hotel is small but has every thing you need and the best of all is friendly and kind staff. They booked for us a very nice cruise to Lan ha bay at very good price. Thank you
