This was my 2nd time staying here and it was an excellent choice. The location is great, rooms were comfy, and staff were very welcoming. Would recommend to others.

Love the location! The room is a little small, but that’s just how the rooms are like in Vietnam. You can’t beat the price of this hotel! It’s so conveniently located to the night market, the lake, the Sao Viet bus station, etc. The room is a little small but it’s manageable. Don’t expect rooms to be spacious like the country you are from. There are 1-2 outlets. I would recommend bringing plugs that allow 2-3 charging cables.

Location and value was great. Staff were extremely pushy about leaving a 10 star review and feedback. They asked me to fill out a survey late one night when I got back and I asked to fill it out in my room and they kept asking me over and over if it was done. After I submitted thee review and wrote about the ants in the room they asked me to please forgive them and understand their point of view and still leave a 10 star review at the end of the trip. The morning we checked out we had to rush to the airport which we told the staff but they insisted we should fill out a 10 star review on booking.com first because they had to send a picture to their boss. After a lot of back and forth they finally agreed to let us send a review as long as we did it right away.

The staff service was very good. The location great. Jack was at the desk when we arrived and he did treat us very well. The bed was great. I stayed in 501 and the were some humidities on the bathroom.

I like the location, it really close to everything, especially Old Quarter almost nothing, everything's really great

Great location and friendly staff! Elvis from the front desk was so kind during my stay! He recommended places to eat (which were all delicious) and he kindly helped me get my bags to the bus station. Hotel is close to everything, including the weekend market and close to the lake. There were lots of nats in my bathroom due to lack of ventilation.

Facilities are very clean and completely adequate but a little bit outdated. The AC had a little smell when we first arrived but seemed to regulate after some use.

The room stays pretty cool with the AC on. Although its on the heart of the Old Quarter, it is still quiet from the hustle and bustle. The staff is very very friendly and helpful. I definitely would recommend this hotel. N/A

It was in the Old Quarter, where the local tour companies can pick you up easily. The staff were very friendly and helpful for any request. The room was quite small and needing an update. No natural light.
