Nothing, the hotel is terrible. It’s a scam don’t believe in booking reviews. See the google reviews. I will attach the email that I sent to the property: Hi I’m writing because I had a booking in these hotel from today 11/02/2024 until 13/02/2024 and one night more on 14/02/2024 until 15/02/2024. When I arrive to the hotel so tired after a flight was a guy in the reception so rude and less talkative I thought that the problem was the English but then he was so rude with us when we ask if it’s any chance to get the room earlier. Then he told us wait until 1:30 pm we said yes let’s go to eat something and then around 12:30 we came back to the hotel to ask him about the payment but when we arrived to the hotel he was sleeping at the front of the reception, we said ok may be he is tired and then he was so rude with us I think because we interrupted his nap. We left the hotel again because he told us to pay later (in bad way). We came back at 2 pm to get our room and make the payment, he gave us the key and that’s it. He didn’t mention the wifi password and where we can eat breakfast. Ok we went to the room and this smells so bad like a cigarette, I started felling unwell because the smell was so strong. We went to the reception one more time to ask him if he can help us to solve the problem and he answered very rude again that’s the smell of the room and I can’t do nothing, this time we had an argument with him because we found the hotel and the service terrible, the bad thing is that we choose these hotel because the rate in booking and the comments but seems all fake, this hotel is like a scam and I don’t want that the other people be scammed for you. I already complained with booking and also I need my money back otherwise I will take legal actions with this hotel. At the final we had to move to another hotel because I cannot stay there. Also I attached the photo that I took of your staff sleeping while it’s supposed that they are working and I posted the photo in google as well.

Breakfast was with a very limited Menu. Even one morning, I have to go a near by Hotel for having breakfast. Location is in the old town and walkable distance to the Hoàn Kiếm Lake. Staff is good. Bathroom was not good. The pipe and facilities were old. Rust on the pipe.

A lovely hotel with very helpful staff in a good location. Great value for money.

Lobby smelt bad. Thought we had initially stepped in something bad and checked our shoes but the smell came from the lobby itself. General feeling of dirt, muck and grime. Elevator floor was dirty. Rooms felt tired. Peeling wall paper, dirt on the walls, mould on the windows. Staff refused to give us more than 1 room key even though there were 2 of us. One of the bottles in the minibar in the room was missing some alcohol but made to look like it was still sealed. We alerted the staff. Left to find suitable accomodation within 10 mins of arriving. Ended up paying in full for the room and a new room in a different hotel nearby. Just found it gross and felt so uncomfortable it would have ruined our holiday if we stayed there. Do not reccomend.

On the good side, the hotel has a good location, we had 2 rooms (family suite) and they agreed to keep our extra bags during our Ha Long bay cruise. The room service was provided every day. The breakfast was ok. I usually don't give bad reviews but this hotel was disappointing, especially since I purposely booked a more expensive one for the last stop of our trip. This was the 4th hotel we used in Vietnam so we were used to all the hotels being clunky. But this one was particularly disappointing. The biggest inconvenience was not having a card key for our door. For 2 days we had to ask the reception to open our room's door everytime we came back. It took them 2 days to be able to provide a door card. Inside the room, they have a centralized light controller that didn't work. Imagine putting the kids to bed then not being able to turn off the light, having to call the reception, then the receptionist having to call his manager... with the kids waiting in their bed. (a reset solved it using the room card). Apart from that my bed lamp didn't work and the shower door didn't close. The staff was reasonably friendly but not very bright (always needing to call the manager). Inside the hotel, one could see a lot of references to previous names. This hotel may be "reseting" their rating by chaging name regularly. Overall the value for money wasn't there.

The room service is done every day. Breakfast is included. I usually don't give bad reviews but this hotel was disappointing, especially since I purposely booked a more expensive one for the last stop of our trip. The biggest disappointment this time (we booked 2 slots, this was the 2nd slot) was the small family suite. While our first stay had 2 connected rooms, this time we had a single room with an extra bed, not as nice. The receptionist said "but you have a bath tub". If only... we had no hot water! After asking the reception, they turned on the hot water but the supply is so weak that one can barely fill 5 cm of the bath tub before running out of hot water. The room is above a tourist street with strong music until very late. Also this bath tub is dangerously organised and while taking shower, both my wife and toddler nearly had an accident. Also I didn't appreciate the groom holding and kissing my toddler girl. I know vietnamese love kids but please. Overall the value for money wasn't there.

Located in Old Quarter, very friendly staff, especially the Chef Mrs Ha who catered for our vegetarian requirements. The property is very old, the rooms and the carpets have aged. Not sure when the photos were taken as the carpets were worn out and there was a strange smell near the entrance.

Nothing! Lots - The room is dirty, AC didnt work properly. Weird layout.

Very friendly staff and great location, there are a lot of shops and restaurants, in walking distance from the train station, the famous train street and other attractions. The room was clean and confortable, no noise from the outside.
