clean, well designed, nice staffs my room was on 2nd floor and faced the street, it was super noisy, I couldn’t sleep. I do think the rooms need better sound proof…

Nice, young and english speaking stuff. We were a bit late with check out but were told to no rush and had one more free hour to get fresh and leave the hotel. (Thanks Nhan!) Breakfast good, rooftop area is great, you can bring you own food/drink and chill in case you are not in the mood to go out. They ask for 500k vnd deposit, (A bit weird as you get rather dorm type room so not too many things to destroy there but it was one of the cleanest accommodation in Vietnam so not a big deal for responsible people because you get back the deposit at the end anyway).

My husband and I stayed at the Wil’que for one week and had a lovely time! The room was super clean and comfy and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. We loooved the location and exploring Truc Bach! It is located on a busy street so if you’re sensitive to noise at night/early in the morning, you might want to ask for a room not on street side. Special thanks to Ms. Ly and Mr. Tu for exceptional service!

Nice hotel, just make sure you get a room WITH a window if you think it’s obvious. I think it’s a manipulation as it was a last line in a description. The personnel was very nice and offered to change the room for the second night without an extra charge.

The hotel is new and modern and the rooms are very clean and comfortable and good value for money if you find a good deal. They have a super free self service laundry which is really great if you’re travelling for longer time Also good (and very clean) kitchen facility where you can both cook and store food in fridge. The location is perfect if you want to be a bit away from the hectic old town in a slightly more local area with some nice restaurants and cafes and slightly less crazy traffic while still only a short 15 minute walk into the old town area. Ms Ly and her colleagues at reception were both helpful and friendly and I had nice rooms on the higher floors away from any traffic noises

We felt instantly welcomed as soon as we arrived, Tu on reception helped us settle in after a long flight and helped us with staying another night in the same room. We really enjoyed our daily breakfast, big thanks to Thanh for looking after us every day. Also big thanks to Hang on reception who made sure we had a very smooth check out. We loved the location for exploring Hanoi.

I loved everything about this property, the cleanliness, the central location, the staff’s kindness — especially Ms. Ly and Ms. Thanh and the lady who works evenings (I can’t remember her name). Everything was exceptional.

I enjoyed my so much, I renewed for an additional night. Very clean, modern, comfortable stay in Hanoi. Hotel is still new.

We had a great stay at this hotel! It was very new and felt clean and well-maintained. We were able to check in early, which was really convenient. The staff was very friendly, and we felt completely comfortable throughout our stay. The self-service washing machines and dryers were excellent and super easy to use. A special thanks to Tu at the reception—he was incredibly kind and helped us with everything we needed.

For 15 days in Vietnam, no hotel asked us for a "deposit" of 20 dollars, especially for a room where the fridge was completely empty! And what exactly could two adults possibly destroy? I didn’t understand what they were afraid of! The breakfast was soup! Okay, it’s the well-known Vietnamese dish, but for a European, it’s not the best choice when it’s just that and two slices of toast! As for coffee, instant sachets. And okay, is it possible for a guest to request early breakfast because they’re leaving early, and the response is, "Breakfast is from 7 to 10"? Bad choice!
