Location very good, old quarter Hanoi. On suite room was basic, however this was reflected in the low price. Room cleanliness was good. Room had a window onto an internal yard. Due to the fact this room was on the inside of the building we had no noise whatsoever. Brilliant. Loud street noise in Hanoi is 24/7. Lady on reception spoke good English and also booked us a well organised trip to Halong Bay. We recommend this hotel. Nothing.

The location is good. Near to anything like cafe, convenience store and restaurant. I was given a room at the highest floor. the stairs are steep and very narrow. The lady wearing spectacle who give me the room says that because i booked using Booking.com. The room is at the 4th floor. There were same rooms (twin double) at the 2nd floor and how do i know this because available room the door will be open and there were open till next day when i check out, but she refused to give it to me because according to her if booking thru booking.com the room would be on the 4th floor. The room were too small and not worth the price.

The location was right in the centre of the old quarter. Very outdated & in dire need of repairs. Bed was disgusting. Lady at desk a bit rude. Lizard in room. The pictures are probably about 20 years old.

Quick relocation due to an unexpected hotel over-occupancy. The hotel was full despite our booking – so we got redirected to another hotel with different kind of bedding layout (double instead of twin).
