Really loved the location of this place and there was a spa on the ground floor which was very convenient for us. During the night market and when we do shopping, going back home was easy. The staff was friendly. We didn't try the breakfast buffet because we wanted to eat outside. It was very difficult to find this place at first because we thought that there will be a very big sign of the hotel. The location is great but sometimes the grab car cant enter the street because of closure (only on weekends)

Staff was extremely hospitable, Du checked us into our hotel around 1am. Ms. Kathy at the front desk was also extremely accommodating with our stay. The place is very cute and breakfast was delicious

Location and courteous staff. Toilet is not clean enough. Some parts and furnitures of the room were dusty.

Classic Street hotel offers great value for money. Right in the heart of the Old Quarter, you are walking distance from all the major shopping streets and tourists sites. Staff was exceptional. They were all very attentive. From reception, to dinning and housekeeping, everyone went beyond and was always willing to help. Breakfast was amazing. There was a good selection at the buffet plus you are able to order eggs (any style), soups, etc from a menu. Enjoyed everything I had. Many restaurants right on the same street, plus the hotel is attached to a spa. You can either book through the hotel or with the spa itself. I had a great full body massage. The room was large and offered a good view. Lots of amenities available like shampoo, bath wash, slippers, robes etc. They offer 2 bottles of free water daily which was a plus. I highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Everything was great!

The staff were amazing. They assisted me in organizing the initial stage of my vacation. The location is great for enjoying the old quarter. Do yourself a favour, book here.

They upgrade our room to family suite which is larger and more facilities. It is very clean and the staff, Kathy and the other boys are very warm. Premium location as it is very close to the lake, restaurants, souvenir shops and all you need. Breakfast with various typed of food. Love love love Nothing
