The hotel is located in the old quarter area and is very accessible to all shops, local restaurants, and transportation. Every weekend, there is a night market, and this hotel is conveniently situated just in front of it, which is very nice! We booked a triple room on the 6th floor. The room is quite spacious, and the beds are comfy too. The staff were so friendly; cheers to Stephen and Nas, as they were very accommodating to our needs and requests. It was kind of them to allow us to leave our big luggage at the hotel for 3 days free of charge since we were traveling to Sapa. This hotel offers a good price and a good breakfast too! I highly recommend this hotel! It's just a few minutes' walk to Beer Street and cafes around. I love how this hotel is very accessible to everything—shopping, cafes, and tourist attractions. We will definitely be coming back. During our first night, the AC was not working properly. We tried to call reception, but the telephone in the room didn’t work either; there was no dial tone. We weren’t able to go down to inform reception since we were so tired and arrived very late from Sapa. So it was quite warm while we were sleeping. The next day, we informed the reception, and they took immediate action. Even though the room is quite spacious for a triple room, since we had three large luggages, there wasn't enough space to open them in the room. Maybe the hotel should consider removing some furniture in the room so that guests can have more space to walk and open their luggage.

Very good location in the Old Quarter. It’s on Market Street when the market operates at the weekends. Small hotel, small but comfortable and well appointed room. Limited breakfast options, understandable I guess as it’s only a small hotel

The hotel is placed in the heart of the Old Quarter but in our room it was quiet. The room is pretty small but in this area it seems to me its a norm. The breakfast was OK. As everywhere in Vietnam, if you want to pay by card, on the to there will be 3%. There was a mistake in charging extra. When we checked a bank account and then contacted the property, they sent a difference to the next hotel where we were staying.

The prime location is the only good thing about this hotel (it's right on Hàng Đường, one of those main streets in Old Quarter). The facilities are old, and obviously not well-maintained, and somehow not clean either (the bathroom mat is just a lame old ragged towel; the shower head, the toilet are old and stained, etc). The bed was not made tidily and neatly either. Although the staff was helpful in the way they supported, but I can't say that you would have a pleasant stay here, and the medium-high price range for the rooms is purely for its location. With the same budget, you'll surely have many other better options, so choose wisely and don't make the same mistakes as I did :). The facilities are very old, the room was not tidy and clean as it should be.

The breakfast was very basic but there were lots of other options within minutes walk. The wifi was excellent and the room was pleasant. The balcony had a great view. In my room there was a constant high pitched humming noise whenever the lights were on which became unbearable after a couple of nights. The shower head had visible mould inside and the shower door was difficult to close. It would be nice if there was some outdoor furniture on the balcony since there was none.

The hotel is cozy and very clean, located in the center of the old town close to everything restaurant, night Life area, shops and during the weekend the market is exactly in front of it. The staff is super nice, friendly and helpful. Very satisfied.

Everything was just great! Clean room, very good location, and most important is they have a great set of staff. Our room is always clean and the receptionists are very welcoming and ready to help. I will stay here again once we're back in Vietnam Nothing at all.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and had a great shower. Air conditioning was great and kept the entire room at a comfortable and cool temperature. The location was perfect and a short walk to the heart of the Old Quater. Breakfast was included. Only very minor things like the toilet seat being loose and there being no shelf in the shower.

Location right in the middle of the Old Quarter. The friendly, helpful staff. Air-conditioning in room was great. I needed it with the 32°c and 80% humidity outside ? Organised a taxi to airport at real price. $20. (Beware of taxi price from the airport on arrival should be 300k dong ?) 24 hour front desk and most staff spoke English. Organise tours as well at good prices. Breakfast was a bit average but adequate and included in price.
