Fantastic location on a quiet street tucked away behind the main tourist street. Very easy walk to lake and all the key areas. Nice rooms. A bit dated but very clean. Bathroom is nicr and clean.. Jade and Chi at reception were very friendly and helpful with information. Very nice travel hotel. Not a 4 star though. Sometimes taxis can't get into the small street so we had to lug our luggage a block. Pillows were too hard. The lobby is small but cute.

Location was very central, easy to find. Can walk almost everywhere within the old part of Hanoi. We were upgraded to a bigger room with a bigger balcony upon our arrival, not sure why, but very grateful. The hotel was fine in all regards

Great location on quieter street. Staff was outstanding…Chi went above and beyond in answering all our questions and giving us great recommendations and helping us in so many ways. Special shout out to William too! The room was exceptional, comfy beds, good AC, hot showers. Highly recommend! nothing

Well located in old quarter with access to shops nearby. Perfect for tours pick up. We got 2 rooms beside each other as well which helped. The staff did their best to help us but fell short. The ACs didn’t work in 1 of the rooms and it was extremely hot. We complained for 3 nights in a row and nothing was fixed. Finally on the last night, we got a fan which marginally saved the day. There is no reception late evening (around 9 ish pm onwards nor early mornings) which made everything super difficult as we did tours that had pick up at 7am and return at 9pm and we always missed raising any issues. We would order an iron and they didn’t have staff to help.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful with everything! I did not only stay the night here, I also booked my Halong Trip with them. They responded fast and solved problems well. Especially Chi, Quang , Freya, Phuong and Will are being super nice, polite and efficient with everything. Highly satisfied and recommended!
