Great hotel friendly staff and great location near two famous pho restaurants

Lots of restaurant choices, spas and souvenir stores all around. It’s also close to the temples and parks. It’s off-season for tourists when we went to Hanoi, so room rates had been discounted. Our room is always clean and the hotel, in general, is clean. There’s a small room with gym eqpt too that’s free to use. Love the way the staff treated us. They responded fast to our minor concern. Lin and Emma are great hosts. It’s hard to locate at first because there are so many Hanoi Silk hotels in the old quarter. When booking a taxi, the complete address should be typed in instead of the hotel name. We didn’t do this so we ended up in a diffent hotel and had to get another cab.

We had breakfast at the restaurants, not at the hotel. Staffs are very nice and helpful

The property was very good. A perfect place for a short stay with clean towels and good furniture. We really liked the service here because they allowed us to leave the baggage after check out and also made sure our check-in at 12 am was good. Special thanks to Lyn, Chi, and Hai!!!

The room was comfortable and clean. Its a good location close to the old quarter. The staff was excellent and helpful, especially Xenia. Its a great place to stay!

Ms. Xenia was the best part of this accommodation! She helped us arrange transport and local bookings that made our trip luxurious and enjoyable. The location was fantastic as well. Easy to get around by walking or uber. The daily water provided was also greatly appreciated. The room was spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend!

The location couldn't be more perfect. We were an easy walk to everything you'd want to experience in the Old Quarter, and just steps away from busy streets with restaurants and shops, but our little street was quiet and easy to navigate, with several wonderful small restaurants and coffee shops to hide away from the crowds. Ms Emma and Ms Zenia were so helpful and knowledgeable and it was comforting to know they were happy to help us out with any questions we had, and they had the best suggestions for places to eat and to shop in Hanoi. They also arranged amazing overnight trips for us to Ha Long Bay and Pu Luong for a very reasonable price. Our room on the 7th floor had a balcony looking over the quiet but always interesting street below, where we enjoyed our morning coffee every day. We stayed for 9 nights and we only wish it could have been longer. We loved our visit!

The staff was extraordinary (Xenia, Emma, Mason, et al) went above and beyond their duties. Emma assisted with smooth check-in, arranged for our transport from the airport, Mason assisted with our luggages, and Xenia took care of us throughout our stay. She checked on us everyday, how we were doing. When I mentioned the room was a tad small for all our belongings, she arranged an upgrade to a much larger room for free, making sure we were comfortable. Always fresh tea, bananas, and biscuits in the lobby. Location, location, location is a must for first timers. Multiple eating venues were within walking distance from street food to high end restaurants. Coffee cafes galore are within walking distance also. Room was clean and appliances all in working order. None that I can think of.

The staff is amazing, so helpful and ready to give you advice for whatever question you might have. We stayed at this hotel at the beginning and at the end of our trip, and i loved its convenient location. Rooms are big and clean Rooms are not soundproof. It’s very easy to wake up in the morning because of outside noise, especially if people speak loudly in common areas.
