This hotel is in good location. Very nice staff specially Sabi and the manager. She went out of her way to make our stay very enjoyable. room is very nice. Good breakfast selection. I would recommend this hotel.

Fantastic Stay! We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with housekeeping doing an excellent job.The bathroom was spacious and well-maintained, and the room size was perfect for our needs. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. We had a restful sleep every night thanks to the comfortable beds. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we highly recommend this hotel for its value for money and exceptional service.

Great location, surrounded by many restaurants, bars, shops, and close to the lake. Service is impeccable. The suite with terrace and jacuzzi was beautiful and clean. Breakfast buffet has many variety of food. The spa was a nice retreat from a day of walking and the heat of summer days.

Amazing staff. Everyone was very friendly, accommodating, and always available to help whenever needed. The location was another major highlight — right in the heart of the Old Quarter and within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and cafes, which made exploring the area very convenient. Unfortunately, the hotel itself felt quite run down. While the photos are technically accurate, the rooms and facilities were much older and more worn than expected. The walls were extremely thin — we could hear almost everything, including people on the floor above flushing the toilet. The Wi-Fi was also very poor, with constant disconnections and speeds too slow to even watch YouTube properly. Noise was another major issue. Every morning around 7am, there was a very loud and lengthy public announcement nearby, so sleeping in was nearly impossible. Despite the great staff and convenient location, the overall stay was disappointing for us.

It was central, close to city tour bus stop and restaurants. Short walk to the cathedral. Convenience store and coffee shops nearby. We liked the pillows and sheets! Sabi was very helpful as well as the rest of the reception staff including Kevin. They were kind enough to pack breakfast for us since we had early tours on both days we stayed at the place. Nothing.

The room was spacious and faced the city, yet was located away from the noisier streets. The beds, linens, and towels were clean, and both the bed and pillows were comfortable. Two bottles of water were provided daily, and additional water could be refilled at the dispenser in the lobby. Housekeeping was carried out daily, including towel changes. The hotel’s location is very convenient, Many popular tourist attractions are also within walking distance like Hoàn Kiếm Lake and St. Joseph Cathedral. Breakfast is served daily from 6.30 am to 10.00 am, offering an international spread with some Vietnamese options, including bread, eggs, cereal, salad, coffee, and tea. Check out was smooth and efficient. Overall, the service was excellent, and the staff were warm, attentive, and consistently ensured that our stay was comfortable. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and the hotel is a strong choice for anyone visiting Hanoi.

We stayed for three nights. The terrace suite was a very lovely room! The breakfast varied every day, and the pho that could be ordered was very delicious. We also used the bar, which was a nice place to relax since the atmosphere was so good. The spa also had a wonderful ambiance, and more than anything, it was blissful to go straight back to the room and directly to bed. Above all, the staff were very kind, and it was a delight that they remembered what we had talked about the day before as well as our room number and would engage us in conversation. When we left, they waved goodbye as they saw us off in the taxi, which really warmed my heart. If I go to Hanoi again, I will definitely want to stay at this hotel. Thank you very much.

The staff was the best! Especially Sabi helped us make all of our travel reservations. The location was perfect for walking to shops and restaurants and the lake. The room was very comfortable. The shower is important to me and this one was very good. We liked the hotel so much that we came back to it three times. We used it as a homebase as we traveled around Northern Vietnam. We were able to leave our extra luggage there so it was very convenient. It is a small thing… But it would be nice to have a few more western food options at breakfast like bacon and pancakes. They did make a very good omelette to order.

Nice clean hotel , helpful staff. The location is the best in Hanoi Old Quarter , The breakfast had a lot of variety and was fresh and hot. They’ll even supply fresh omelettes and pho soup. Highly recommend.

After flying into Hanoi, diving from the airport and launching straight into a walking tour of the city, we were incredibly relieved to finish the day by arriving at this excellent hotel in the Old Quarter. The air conditioned, tasteful lobby provided a welcome break from the heat, and check-in was smooth and friendly. We received a printed map along with local food and drink recommendations; thanks to the hotel’s ideal location, there were plenty of options within walking distance. Much to our delight, we were also upgraded to a king suite. The room was well designed, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was well catered and enjoyable, served in a quiet space with a great aerial view of the Old Quarter. Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night initially, but we were so impressed that we made sure to rebook after our return from Cat Ba. The staff were outstanding - friendly, attentive and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to explore the Old Quarter on foot while enjoying a comfortable, welcoming stay.
