Perfectly located and exceptionally welcoming, Chi Boutique Hotel is an excellent choice for a stay in Hanoi’s Old Quarter. The staff were outstanding, and Lily in particular went above and beyond. She helped arrange my transportation to Ha Long Bay and even followed up several days later to ensure I had successfully connected with my return driver—despite the fact that I wasn’t returning to the hotel. That level of care and attention truly stood out. The room was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and sunset cocktails on the rooftop offered beautiful views of St. Joseph’s Cathedral. The breakfast spread was impressive and provided the perfect start to each day of exploring. Overall, I found the hotel to be an incredible value and would happily stay here again on a future visit to Hanoi. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ They are in the midst of some renovations but it didn’t affect my stay.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were well furnished and spacious for our family of three. Breakfast was good for getting the day started. The property was close to many tiny cafes, restaurants, and little shops around Hoàn Kiem lake. Will stay here again next time I’m in Hanoi.

The hotel staff were available 24/7 and could be reached easily via WhatsApp. This made communication very convenient, as we could leave messages anytime and receive prompt responses. The team was extremely helpful and handled any issues efficiently. The location is excellent, right next to St. Joseph's Cathedral. There are plenty of great restaurants and cafés nearby, all within walking distance. Despite being in the heart of the city, the hotel is tucked away from the noisy and crowded areas, allowing for a peaceful and restful night's sleep. The room was very comfortable, with an excellent bed and a well-designed bathroom. The only thing I missed was having a refrigerator in the room. I'm quite sensitive to heat and couldn't figure out how to adjust the air conditioning properly, so I often had to ask the staff for ice. Fortunately, the hotel provided ice free of charge and even arranged an extra fan for the room, which was greatly appreciated.

Good location. Close to restaurants and shopping. Staff is very friendly, nice and helpful Rooms are smaller than expected. Rooftop bar is pricey, not worth it. Breakfast was so so. Ordered omelette from egg station and was not ready even af10 minutes. Had to cancel as I had to check out.

The staff were extremely professional and genuinely kind. The room was spotlessly clean, very well maintained, and super modern. Everything felt fresh and taken care of at a very high standard. The location is absolutely amazing - very close to the entrance, and I could even see it from my window, which made everything feel easy and safe. The hotel is perfectly located between the lake and the Old Quarter, near Pho 10. When I wasn’t feeling well, the staff brought ginger tea to my room and even checked on me after I had already left the hotel - such thoughtful and caring service. The shower was excellent, with high-quality shampoo and soap. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel well enough to go to breakfast, but I’m sure it was great. You can really feel the care, cleanliness, professionalism, and attention to detail in this place. One of the best hotels I stayed at in Vietnam! Nothing – everything was great.

The location and the fact that it’s one of the very well maintained and updated hotels in the Old Quarter. This is the second time we stayed at the hotel and we will be back. Apart from the location, the staff is absolutely wonderful and helpful! There is some noise early in the morning from loud speakers from a government building but it has nothing to do with the hotel.
