The proximity to shops and eats at the old quarter. Staff are not fluent in english, sometimes it was hard to communicate., Lobby and corridors were too small. The breakfast menu items were few.

Amazing welcoming staff, they give you all the details for nearby attractions with explaining on the map they provide. Lake is literally 2 mins walk and have good cafes near by. Breakfast was very good and it starts early so you can have it before your tour pick up. We booked 1N2D Halong bay cruise and Ninh Binh day tour from hotel. Service was excellent, pick is from hotel itself. Their rates are very attractive compared to online websites with assurance of great service. Everything was great so NO COMPLAINS.

Good enough stay in good location. No real complaints. Breakfast was great and staff was super accommodating.

The location was good and the staff was friendly. Decent room for the price. When I arrived, the sink and shower did not have running water. It took four hours to fix and the next morning there was no running water again. The banket was very thin nor like a double layer bedsheet. The sales manager was pushing sales of their tours before I arrived. I am not used to aggressive sales tactics.

The location is in the centre of the Old Quarter, within walking distance of Hanoi's major tourist attractions, The staff were to friendly and proactive. They make my stay in Hanoi more memorable for their warm hospitality.
