Excellent location in the old quarter and close to the lake. Friendly staff. The hotel needs a lot of updating and refurbishing. There was no mirror outside the bathroom for making up. The air conditioner leaked, and there was a lot of condensation on the wall. The balcony was dirty and needed a thorough cleaning. The bathroom shower cubicle leaked if the drain plug was not taken out, which was hard to do. Breakfast was good, but limited and did not vary, so it became a little boring after the 2nd day. The staff, though nice, could spend less time scrolling on their phones, and more addressing the issues with the hotel, including some clocks missing from the reception, and others showing incorrect times (as an example!).

The location of the property is superb. No doubt about it being in the prime location. Everything is nearby and at a walkable distance. The staff was polite and good. They also helped me with the bookings for the Nin Binh one day tour. They do not have a helper. Had to carry my luggage. However, thankfully they do have a lift. Also the breakfast was not up to the mark. The food was very oily. But the helpers at the breakfast did try to give us as many options that a vegetarian can have.

Great location and friendly staff. Staff gave great advice about where to go and what to do. Just the fact that I missed out on getting the one with the lake view. They’re were all booked out. Unlucky me.

Very good location as the night market and the Old Quarter in general is very, very near the hotel. Breakfast was also really good. Room is a bit underwhelming relative to the pictures. Plus, we were told that any drink outside the refrigerator is free but we were charged upon check out. It wasn't expensive but I would appreciate full transparency.

The room has a nice balcony with view of the lake, and the location is very close to touristic area. In the morning there is a nice light and the buzz of the old quarter fills the room. The bed sheets and bathroom sink were clean, but lamps, bedframe and furniture a bit dusty, with old sigarette butts on a plant vase outside.
