Ms. Lilly is amazing!!! she will help with anything you need, is always available and very responsive. I have a lung issue that makes me hypersensitive to smells she made sure my room was perfect. Location is perfect! the place is super clean and the staff is excellent!

The location was ideal. It was walking distance to night life and restaurants as well as a quiet lake. The street was slightly quieter but still close to the hustle of the old quarter. Best of all, the staff was extremely friendly, nice, and helpful in all aspects of booking transportation to tours. I would come back for the staff alone!! The staff made our stay the best it could be. Location, location, location. It is small and quiet but is clean and has many options.

This hotel is in the perfect location on a little side street without all the crazy traffic of Hanoi. Close to everything! Great breakfast room with view of the lake. Staff was amazing and helped me book an airport pick up and day tour so that it was all organized for me upon my arrival. I would stay at this hotel again anytime. The hot water pressure is my room was weak

Location: The location of the stay was right in the Old Quarter--which was perfect for us to check off many of the restaurants and food stalls that we wanted to try. Noise: Even though the street was bustling, the room itself acted as a nice and calming reprieve. Amenities: They had a television, safe, hair dryer, common toiletries such as comb/ear swabs/shower cap/shampoo/shower gel, a closet where you could hang dry your clothing. If you wanted, you could also request laundry service to be done, which is perfect for travelers on longer trips! They also provided a complimentary buffet breakfast which made mornings very easy and relaxing. The breakfast is on the roof and it also has a nice view of Hoan Kiem Lake. Staff: The staff was so amazing. They are very helpful if you need to book a day trip to visit another part of the surrounding Hanoi area. They also can help you set up a ride back to the airport once you're done with your stay. I don't have any complaints--I loved my stay. I recommend this hotel.
