Nice sized room with nice features and a comfortable bed, in a good location next to the lake and close to the old quarter shops and restaurants. The balcony was smaller than expected, could just fit a chair on it so it was just about ok.

The staff were terrific. I stayed inside one night, I think for what I paid for the room, the hotel could provide Netflix or Box office movies. The only downside.

We arrived very early in the morning so ate pho for breakfast across the road while we waited to check in. The staff were very friendly and helpful and gave us some tips of what to visit while we waited for our room to be ready. Once we checked in, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a small balcony to look at the street below. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our trip. The street the hotel was on had lots of good places to eat and shop and some spas too. The location was great with everything being accessible by foot.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are beautiful and the location is great if you like to be right in the middle of the hustle and bustle.

Overall, the place was excellent and highly affordable. It had a fresh, airy feel to it and a great location. The staff were very nice too! The shower did not have any doors at all and water went everywhere. You had to use a lot of towels to sop up the water after each shower. Also, there were no breakfasts included.

Our room was really big and the bed was super comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and sweet, and there was someone there 24/7 - this wasn't necessary for us, but it's very nice knowing that there's always someone around to help, if needed. The hotel is perfectly located in walking distance to some great sights.
