The staff are wonderful,helpful and friendly. The road is blocked for cars at certain days & times.taxis can’t take us with our luggage’s door to door.

I can’t give it a perfect score because a breakfast staff person was sick and it took much communication to get them to mask, and sure enough , I got sick 2 days later which affected the rest of the trip. The manager did the best they could once I pointed out the problem, but by then it was too late. I’m sure they will correct that type of problem in the future because they were responsive once they understood.

The staff and the service. They care about your trip! The staff in the morning give us so many good advice about the trip to ha long bay. Everything is scheduled and you just need to enjoy it. The day we left Tina and Alex also helps us a lot before our bus trip. They offered us towel, hair dryer and a place to take a shower even we check out in the morning. I was so happy to choose this as my first trip to Vietnam. Nope

The staff and service were simply outstanding. So friendly and helpful and welcoming. I’d stay here again on that basis alone. The location is also excellent. There was nothing in particular we didn’t like. I’d say the rooms could use just a little refresh/remodel (things seem a bit worn), but really, for the very affordable price, the staff and the location, this place is hard to beat!

The location is perfect. Its right in the middle of hanoi old quarters and all famous and instagrammable places are in walking distance. The staff was really nice specially Claire. She was super helpful and informative. Everything was good ❤️❤️

Lovely hotel in a great location. The staff were outstanding - very friendly and helpful. They even gave my husband a birthday gift! Breakfast was good. The water pressure in the shower was inconsistent, and the temperature fluctuated a bit.

Great location, walking distance to the lake with nearby 7-11. Staff was very helpful, accommodated us even when we checked in around 2am. They were always happy to help! Room was clean and spacious enough with windows. Breakfast options could be better

Staff and facilities amazing.. The people couldn't be any nicer. They arranged pickup from the airport and got us settled in when we arrived at night. They got us future train tickets for another leg of our journey because it was going to be a holiday weekend and they wanted to make sure we got good seats. Breakfast was great! We had a rear facing room on the 8th floor and it was super quiet. It's the one quiet street in a very busy area. On the weekend they close off the streets around the lake 2 blocks away and it's lovely to stroll around it and see all the families, couples, jump ropers and dance/exercise groups out enjoying the evening. The king size bed in our room was really hard and my hips really hurt. The desk was very responsive and they built me a mattress topper out of fluffy blankets piled up.

Location was awesome—in Old Quarter. Easy walking to red bridge, water puppet show, old market. Staff attentive, welcoming and helpful. They arranged a message for us at their sister location around the corner that was in incredible. I’d stay again.
