We liked the location the best. The breakfast was not as good as other hotels we have stayed at in Vietnam and Cambodia.

The staff were great and the location fantastic closets everything The breakfast was mainly fruits with little selection of hot food. My holder for the shower rose was almost falling off and you could not sleeping after 8am as there was a lot of building noise going on.

Location in the midst of the Old Town. Room was typically small, and the unsuited was tied, Shower water did not drain very well. No lounge facilities.

Lady receptionist was friendly and very helpful. Spoke great English. Breakfast was very basic. The shower drain was blocked and flooded the room. Door frame had been removed due to getting soaked. Bathroom was not clean. Apparently a left over beer and a bottle of water in the fridge counts as a mini bar which I thought were left from previously stay, staff were very rude about the mix up and tried stopping me walk out.

The staff were exceptional and good speaking. Could have a joke with them Beds were hard. On the weekend it is noisy until 2pm. Don't take the recommendation of atm across the road use the one opposite the roundabout

Great location in the heart of the old quarter. Breakfast OK if you get there before the food runs out. Staff were helpful Each floor has three rooms. Front and back have windows. Central room (the one I had) does not. Well there is a window but it faces into a shaft

Everything near by . Quiet rooms no disturbance as such. Hard mattress. Weak old air-conditioner. No safety locker in room . When provided.safety locker not fixed in room .any body can take it along . Old key type locker provided. Very strict on Chek out time .don't provide late check out . Always showing we r full next day .so chknout on time Start reminding checkout time a day before. 45$ per night price is high for this area

Hotel was nice and clean. Don't expect for what they charge not to have tea/coffee facilities in the room. But if they can sell you them then that's good business I suppose.

The breakfast was very good with lots of fruit. The location was great... Right in the middle of old quarter where all the fun and activity takes place. Just round the corner is a 24x7 food joint (street food) which has the best pho! The room was miserably tiny, with barely space to move around let alone keep your luggage. The room was stuffy and closing in on you. The second room was average sized.

Great location Poorly soundproofed, you can hear every door closing and opening within 3 floors up and down at least. Water from the shower constantly flooded the whole bathroom within 1 min although asked for fixing it. Long hairs all over.

It's located in very convenient place to walk around. All are good except breakfast kitchen ladies. There were no platesto eat and request her to provide the place but never receive till we finishes eating with bowl. When we ask something to her, her reply is making so uncomfortable. Except thatvBreakfast is still fine enough to fill your stomach.

Breakfast is just fantastic. Plenty of fruits and juice are served. Very delicious and the seat at the balcony of restaurant is also very comfortable. I do not know why the phoe at the corridor is ringing for a few minutes. It made me awake at 6:30 in the morning!
