The room was very clean and a comfortable size. Staff was incredibly kind, hospitable, and accommodating. They even offered to help coordinate local tours around Hanoi or to other areas like Ninh Binh. The location was amazing and within very short walking distance of lots of shops, restaurants, and Hoan Kiem Lake. There is also an ATM conveniently located right outside the building.

The breakfast buffet was amazing. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again when in Hanoi. We only wish we had longer, to enjoy the facilities.

This hotel was fantastic. From the moment you arrive you are made to feel special. The rooms are large & spotlessly clean. The rooms have a balcony and outdoor furniture which is a welcome change. The staff go out of their way to make your stay memorable. They know you by name and are always there to help. The roof top restaurant and bar serve great food in a wonderful location for watching the sun go down. The location is excellent. It’s right in amongst the craziness of bars, street vendors & shopping but it’s only a short stroll back to the hotel for peace and tranquillity at the roof top. The breakfast is extensive and the wait staff too are excellent. Thanks to Don and the staff for such a memorable stay. We highly recommended. We found the bed a bit hard but that’s just a personal preference.

This is the most beautiful hotel I’ve seen in Hanoi. Stunning artwork decorating the entire thing. Staff are friendly and respectful. Breakfast is perfect with every option you could want.

located in the heart of Hanoi with many activities and event happening. Easy access for street food vendors - located everywhere. hotel was super clean and so vintage like. Thankful for the cold air-conditioned throughout the facility. All staffs were professionals and helpful. Chester remember all the family members and was very friendly. Don was very helpful during checkout, reminding us to double check everything. we enjoy our stay and have no complaint. We will definitely return to this hotel in the future. Huge thank you to the hotel and team for making our stay worthwhile despite the hot/humid heat. no complaint

Perfect location in old town, beautiful breakfast view and nice options, great staff, impressive building Room could use some maintenance (eg, bathroom didn’t lock, towel were old, pillow was bad), pool and gym weren’t great

The hotel is well located in the old town (and plenty of nice restaurants and services). The staff is greatly professional and helpful. This hotel is deal for any one who wants to explore the city center and taste Vietnamese traditional food. None.

Yet another wonderful stay at a great boutique hotel in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Our suite room met all of our expectations and we had a nice large balcony. The breakfast was outstanding and had something for everyone. The rooftop restaurant was great and showcased breathtaking views of Hanoi. The location was ideal if you wanted to be in the hustle and bustle of things. The customer service was outstanding; especially from Don the hotel manager and Chester the restaurant manager. A special mention to the chef cooking my daily omelettes; delicious.

Central to Old District, breakfast was nice and good choice. Rooftop bar area and small pool very nice especially at night. Bed super comfortable, excellent shower pressure and heat. Noicy area, only minor issue on Sunday night markets. Window didn’t seal very well. Second night was fine. Lift doesn’t go to rooftop so there’s a few stairs but minor thing
