We had a wonderful experience thanks to Mr Peter. He personally recommended the best tours for us. Every tour he suggested was perfectly organized and exceeded our expectations. We are very grateful for his guidance and highly recommend this hotel!

It's in perfect location, and although it's in the centre of the old town with busy nightlife, our room was absolutely quiet. The breakfast is delicious, several options are available. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel is very modern, seems newly built. Surely it will be my choice again if I come back to Hanoi.

The forty dollar room they shoved me in.It was nothing like the online pictures. Not even enough room to walk around the bed and some window that was boarded up with plywood. The mattress was uncomfortable and saggy. And the TV didn't even work.

We were in Hanoi and loved it. Then we left and found we wanted to come back. At the last minute we found this hotel in the middle of Old Town Hanoi. Since we did not book months in advance it was western prices (but to be fair it was also for NYE). We found the room well appointed and clean. Shower was good. Bed's comfort was just OK. We had the suite -- with a couch and chair. Helpful to have something else to sit on. Staff was very helpful. Room was small. We had previously stayed in the Golden Silk Hotel -- this hotel was not as nice. But it was not bad. This hotel served its purpose. Furniture was a little scratched a bit. Shower runs out of hot water after 15 minutes.

It is in the center of everything, cafes, resto, beer street and souvenir shops. And the staffs, they are very friendly and helpful especially Anna. Our 3 nights stay became smooth and comfortable because of their help. Will stay here again for sure. The facility is a bit old I think, but overall it was still a great stay, we'll recommend this hotel.

Peter and Anna were amazing. Very accomodating and speaks very good english. They were able to make arrangements for us even if I booked an additional stay last minute. All the staff were so helpful to us. None.

Anna and Peter were wonderful! Super warm, welcoming and friendly. They kindly arranged us transport to the airport from Old Quarter. Hotel is in an excellent location!

mr.peter and his team were so so welcoming and helped with any questions i had. also booked some excursions to nihn binh and ha long bay with the hotel that were recommended and they were lovely as well. super quite for being right in the heart of the old quarter.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and provided all the various services we needed. They lend us a shower after we checked out so we could catch the night train. Thank you to all the employees who work here.

The breakfast was fantastic, and staff was very polite and supportive Room size is not up to the expectations , after bed no space available also AC was not working properly

The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly – they fulfilled our every wish and organized everything we wanted to do. The location is both central and quiet, making it easy to reach all the highlights of the old town within just a few minutes. A lot do to and see just around the corner. The breakfast was also outstanding, with a wide selection of delicious à la carte options to choose from. Price was great for the experience. Rooms had no sunlight, but its impossible to find for that price point in the old quarter, since it’s really dense.
