Breakfast was ok a bit of a walk but adequate Location

Shower water too low to none, breakfast is in another hotel (had to walk for about 200m), TV didn’t work at all the whole time we were there. I hope the management fix this permanently. But they were kind enough to hold our luggage for 2 days (we were in Sapa) prior our actual check-in.

I did not go to the hostel for breakfast. The pillows and bed were comfortable if you like hard like I do. The location is in the part of town that every time you leave or go outside someone is trying to sell you something illegal. From drugs to adult entertainment. The rooms floors were always dirty, no slippers provided. The bathtub was stained and the room Was a little creepy. The towels are older than me and smell like bleach. Which may be a good thung?

the breakfast is at a backpackers down the road 100m, but it is actually really good. my room was said to come with city view but didn't - Ken explained this means has a window facing the city, he offered to move me to a higher floor so I would have city view but I said it was okay.

I just had a great stay at this hotel and couldn't help but share my experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt the warm welcome of the staff. They were very professional and friendly, always ready to help when needed. My room was very clean and comfortable. Although not too large, it was very reasonably designed, fully equipped with necessary amenities, and especially the bed was extremely comfortable. What impressed me most was the attention to detail in keeping the room neat and clean every day. The hotel is very conveniently located, close to famous attractions, restaurants and shopping stores. I didn't have to travel far to enjoy the wonderful experiences in the city. The breakfast was varied and delicious. There were many options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians, and I was very satisfied with the quality of the food. I was especially impressed with the customer service. Every when I needed information or assistance, the staff were always ready and enthusiastic to help. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience at this hotel and would return if given the chance. This is an ideal place to rest and relax! This review gives a good impression of the hotel, emphasizing the quality of service, the friendliness of the staff, as well as the hotel's strengths such as clean, comfortable rooms and convenient location.

To be honest... The pictures were much better.. The carpet under the bed was dusty and in the toilet the bath tub was breaking at the end..the shower head was dirty... And the windows was not clean.. But overall THE STAY WAS FANTASTIC. TWI & TANG took good care of us..very helpful. Location was PERFECT.

Location, option to book excursions. I did not get the room that I booked for the first night. It was dirty, old and had no window. The hotel only offered a very small compensation and also involved my age in the conversation about compensation, indicating that I am too young to complain. I needed to involve Booking.com to solve the issue.

The bathtub was absolutely the best—mainly because of the consistently hot water, which is quite rare in Vietnam! For breakfast, we were taken to a buffet at another hostel, which turned out to have a good selection of food. The hotel’s location is another plus. It’s right in the heart of the buzzing old town, making it super convenient to explore the area. One thing that wasn’t clear from the description was that our room had no window. This was a bit disappointing, as we expected otherwise.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. The hotel is down a narrow alley off the main road so it is quiet at night. Great location. Breakfast buffet is not in this hotel. It is up the road, down a narrow alley and up to the 10th floor of a hostel. We tried to book a tour to Ha Long Bay with the front desk staff but it was too hard to communicate with front desk staff. Showers were hard to adjust.
