The room upgrade was a lovely touch, and breakfast had great variety. Facilities were clean and well - maintained. But what truly stood out was the exceptional staff - Davide and Anna were attentive and caring throughout our stay, making us feel genuinely welcomed. The hotel’s bold vintage design won’t appeal to everyone. The location, while authentic, is tricky to navigate - it’s deep in the Old Quarter surrounded by local activities and bustling energy. If you prefer quiet and straightforward access, this won’t be comfortable.

Central to local events and market. Cleanliness to include attention to details and room service. Probably restroom can use some updates to the shower or shower head. Maybe put A/C through out the building including hallway.

This hotel is in a good location even though it was down a small alley. The night market was one street over and we were surrounded by lots of massage and restaurants and money exchange and bars and yet we didn't hear a thing in the hotel. Beds were comfortable and rooms had a cool dark wood vibe. It's the staff that take this hotel to the next level. Kind, accommodating, friendly, helpful, engaging and overall amazing - I could go on... My girls talk about Anna like she's a family friend and we will definitely come and see her again when we return. Wish we had the hotel breakfast more times. We only had it once during our stay and I regret it.

Kecho Legacy Hotel exudes hospitality from the moment you walk in. The reception staff including Anna and Jaimy were beyond helpful and friendly. They felt more like our friends by the time we left. They gave us the train street timetables, booked us transfers and tours and were genuinely interested in making our holiday fantastic. Both girls are amazing and should get a pay rise!!!! The rooftop bar and restaurant had a lovely old world vibe and we spent many nights enjoying the city views from the rooftop with a cocktail. We loved our time here and will return on our next trip. If it had a pool it would be perfect :-)

The hotel entrance was on an alley full of shops where locals were processing meat. If the sights and smells of lots of raw meat offend you, you might not like the walk to and from the front entrance. We actually found it really interesting.

Everything was perfect. The hotel was clean, had a great breakfast buffet, is super centrally located (yet quiet). The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly from the moment we walked in. Nothing at all.

The staff, the room, the food, the architecture, the location- everything was absolutely immaculate. The true gem of the hotel is definitely the staff, particularly Anna, so sweet, accommodating and helpful! Jamie was also so kind! We learnt from the very kind owner Lam about the historical significance of the building the hotel is in, within a family of hoteliers dating back 200 years in ancient Hanoi. Everything in the hotel is antique and built by local artisans. Would ? recommend and coming back!

Not the best buffet breakfast - located in a cool place with big windows and views into the city but limited food and drink options. The bathroom also lacked ventilation always felt a bit damp.
