The hotel was beautiful and spacious. It was much nicer and cleaner than the hotel in central Hanoi. Since it was directly connected to the mall, it made it easy to find a variety of food to eat after a long day of travel and sinus issues from air pollution. We didn't realize that they would need to check our room prior to checking out and we had already called a Grab to get to the airport. Just allow yourself more time for check out.

Great buffet and view. I didn't like paying a deposit for the room at a hotel of this caliber for incidentals and then being asked to take a seat at checkout for 5 minutes while they checked the room. Tacky.

The location was great. I like the heated swimming pool and the kids pool The room was too small. The bed was small and more importantly very comfortable. We asked the staff for a bigger room but they offered us one too late. It is very hard for family with small children to be packing and unpacking between rooms.

The staff is incredible--so kind, helpful, doing lots of extra things (like helping me to cross the busy street). I had a fantastic stay. This is truly one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. This is a very small suggestion: the gym needs fitness and resistance bands (of all different sizes), more and bigger stretching mats.

This is a new hotel with elegantly designed and comfortable rooms, with great customer service, exceptional breakfast, attached to a luxurious mall and less than 30 minutes away drive from main attractions and the airport.
