You had to walk through a long alley way with rubbish and smelt terrible. There was hair on the pillow. The room was very small.

Hotel is behind main road bit difficult to find.

I like that is good located just infront of the main area of the Old Quarter sometimes it is noisy because the building from infront is in construction

Jenny is a gem of a worker! Speaks very good English and is extremely helpful. She booked my flight to Danang as well as the transfer to the airport. In general all the workers try to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

This hotel is in the best location right across the road from kiem lake and the water puppet show. It's down an alleyway so it's nice and quiet. The beds are comfortable. Good value for money and a nice breakfast to start the day

The hotel has a good location. 2 minutes by foot to Old Quarter. The building is inside the block so no noise at night. Breakfast is tasty and fresh made by on-site chef. Room is clean and bead and towels are changed dailty. Staff is super helpful and freindly. 3% surcharge if youmpay buy card not mentionaed in the description. Small ants in the room - they don't bite but you cannot leave unpacked food. Shower is combined has no curtain beteen tiolet and shower area.

The location was very good. Easy to find. Staff very helpful. They arranged all the tours thar t we asked for. Were very responsive since the day we booked the hotel. The only thing we didn't not like was that one morning workers started drilling very early. It was almost our wake up time so it was not terrible. For the ones who lives with Asian rythm should not be a problem. Go sleep later, wake up earlier :DD

The staff were very nice and accommodating when we arrived at 1am. They stored our bags for us and the location is beyond perfect for walking around Hanoi. We would definitely stay here again! Unlimited coffee for breakfast too!
