There were ants in the room which was managed by the staff

On our first night, the air conditioner was leaking; however, the staff responded promptly and shifted us to another room the following day. There were a few maintenance issues that need attention, such as untidy bed frames and a broken washroom door lock. If the management focuses more on property maintenance and upkeep, the overall guest experience can be significantly improved.

Room was clean, AC was a godsend in the humid weather and kept the space well ventilated even with 4 boys in their 20s. Emma was a delight to talk to and was endlessly accommodating, a personable and welcoming experience

Staff were very helpful with all information, tour arrangements and if there is a need they can do. Very good location in Hanoi, accessible to all attractions. We had a good stay in Hanoi.

The hotel offers a great balance of cost and value. Great location, big, clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms xx2 are with no windows. It is ok for the 1-night stay, and because of the size of the room, it's not annoying. But the long stay can be an issue.

Mercury Central is a really good hotel for a few days in Hanoi. We stayed here for 5 nights. The Location is great - just a few minutes away from the Hoan Kiem lake in the city center. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff was really friendly and supportive. The breakfast was good. The rooms are a bit dated.

Best part is the service of all staffs from check in to check out. Communication is very good from right after booking. Bfast service is vgood as well. Chose this property as room size is way bigger than most of hotels in Old Quarter area. Dated. Bed isnt comfy. Curtains not so clean. Toilet needs to be renovated, even if cleaner tries to do a good job cleaning it, it’s really the condition of the property. It’s so diff from pictures. Towels are so so and shampoo & body wash were so jelly-like considering it’s just so cheap in Hanoi.

The staff were very kind. The balcony was charming with plants and a lovely view of the street. We enjoyed having tea there looking down at the street. The bed seemed to have moldy smell but the linens were fresh and clean.

The kindness and approach of staff was expectional, Especially Ms. Lina, she booked our tours and they all were expectional, even though they were a little bit on expensive side. Loved the experience and stay here.

I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, modest, but you could order some things also from the kitchen. The location was near the lake with several good resturants within a easy walking distance. The staff were always friendly and very helpful. I liked the tour booking service being in the hotel, I used it for all my tours. I enjoyed a comfortable stay with good value, location, and resturants, all inside the old quarter.
