Everything was great! Location, room, breakfast...but mostly the staff! They were so welcoming and gracious. Mai did an awesome job of arranging our day trips to Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

The star of the show is the staff. Each and everyone were friendly, accommodating and goes out of their way to help. The properties location is excellent. It’s in the old corner and very close to all the major attractions that the old quarter can offer. The property is located in a less busy street. The bed is wonderfully comfortable and the hotel has all the amenities. Not the fault of the property but be prepared for sporadic construction. That’s just Hanoi.

Our stay at this hotel. I like the quaint design of hotel lobby where the staff are there to greet you on arrival and see you off when you head out for day. The Manager and front desk staff were so kind No complaints. Location excellent

We haven't had a breakfast this bad for a long time. Really poor breakfast, rude breakfast staff (unlike every other staff), one baby chair that's completely broken, the didn't even try to fix it. You need to pay extra for coffee from a machine. Can't highlight enough how bad it is

Early checking and late checkout were a life saver. And the dev is very comfortable after a day of sightseeing.

The staff spoke English well and were extremely polite, friendly and helpful. Given that Hanoi is very noisy I requested a quiet room and was given one at the back and so completely quiet. The included breakfast is a magnificent self-service buffet along with a selection of cooked items on request. I was on a day trip when I needed to check out, but they allowed me to use the spa shower to freshen up after I got back and before going to the airport. My luggage was stored safely. The central location means it is easy walking distance to places such as railway street and the Water Puppet theatre, and there is a huge variety of street food available. The room service menu is very good. Nothing.

Beautifully designed hotel, perfect location and outstanding nice and helpful staff, from reception to housekeeping to dining room - all so kind, friendly and helpful. Truly smiling and welcoming you wholeheartedly…!!! No doubt it’s the best place to stay in Hanoi.

The welcome from the Staff when we arrived very late at night. The daily breakfast was superb with very attentive Staff. The Hotel is situated in the middle of the óld quarter'of Hanoi within easy reach of local eateries, interesting shops and tourist attractions. Can't think of anything that we didn't like.

Our stay at O’Gallery Premier in Hanoi was wonderful. The team there did a terrific job of making us comfortable and well informed. Particular mentions of Tracy at reception, Lukas at the Tour Desk and Anna at the restaurant who made our stay so enjoyable!

Location Tiny rooms, problems with hot/cold water and very poorly sound insulated. We could hear eeeeverything out in the hallway, hard to sleep because of the noise

The staff and service were phenomenal. We booked an internal room not knowing how street noise would be, but we were pleasantly surprised that it had a window that allowed light in. The room was comfortable with nice fluffy pillows. We tried the spa, a must. I highly recommended.

The hotel is in an excellent location with numerous shops and restaurants nearby. Hotel staff are attentive and friendly. We received excellent service from the restaurant manager, Anna. There were two minor issues we had uring our stay: the Wifi didn't work the first two days and it's very hard to adjust the shower water temperature. See above.
