The overall service at the hotel is exceptional, with a warm and attentive staff that goes out of their way to help. Staying in a top-floor room provided a very comfortable bed and peaceful rest. The location on Hàng Bông is perfect—truly ideal because it gives you easy access to everything without being trapped in the noisy, chaotic streets of the core Old Quarter. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a great mix of local and Western options to kick off the day.

Excellent location and very nice staff they upgraded us because its our anniversary, they provided a cake. Amy and Luna very nice and the gentleman who open the door always smile We appreciate the upgrade however our is on the higher floor accessible by stairs after the lift

The beds were completely comfortable and nice Rooms were clean Hotel was closed when we arrived we had to knock the door to be opened The break fast options were limited especially for Arabs and Muslims

The highlight, however, is the staff. They are always smiling, willing to help, and genuinely kind and friendly people. They made our stay even more enjoyable.

After a 4-day trip to Sapa, we chose to return to this comfortable hotel from June 13th to 17th. Annie, Luna, and the other staff were still very friendly and welcoming. When my sister's luggage was damaged, she asked the manager to help write a travel claim letter which the manager readily agreed to. This put my sister's mind at ease. I'm truly grateful to everyone in the hotel. Nothing

Every staff member at the hotel was very friendly, from the receptionist to the managers. Their English was good so communication with them was never a problem. The hotel was built with solid materials and had excellent sound insulation. The beds were comfortable, the Wi-Fi was strong, the showers were spacious and there was a constant supply of hot water. The hotel is located in the Old Quarter, a 5-7 minute walk from Train Street, and surrounded by numerous restaurants. Nothing

The hotel was impeccable and surprisingly quiet for being in the Old Quarter. The staff were extremely kind and professional, especially Anne, who went above and beyond to help me when I lost my credit card, I was very grateful for her assistance

The property is in Old Quarter which is why I booked it. The staff are exceptional especially Harry. Free Breakfast is amazing plus the rooms are clean and of great value. One last thing, I was on a night out for 4 nights and would normally go home at 2-3 AM the staff would gladly open the hotel door for me.

Hotel staff are really kind and helpful. Since I checked-in night time, the male staff allowed me to pay next day. He also took me to the room and showed how to use hot water. Luna is amazing. When checking out, Grab showed around 130K VND to my next destination. But Luna called me Taxi with her application, which was only 90K VND. This is not the first time she helped me. Nothing.

Behaviour of the staff and cleanliness.

Annie truly made our experience here wonderful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We checked out in the morning and had some time to walk around before a long flight home. Annie offered us to shower with fresh towels, even after we checked out, so we could go on our long journey home clean and comfortable. She truly went above and beyond and we would recommend a stay here to anyone! Breakfast was also very good.
