Nothing There was no lift (elevator) and the receptionist didn’t want to help us carry our luggages to our room on the 6th level

It is in the heart of old quarter but can be a good or bad thing depending on what you prefer. It was clean and enough space and furniture that you need. The host was very helpful and nice. No elevator and our room was on a fifth floor. No view from the windows facing another building.

The room was clean and had enough space for us to be comfortable. AC worked great and the staff went above and beyond to help us with transport, tours etc. The location was right at the end of beer street but also somehow was quiet. The stairs are a pain, but if you don't mind that little extra effort the location makes up for it.

Very nice hotel, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and one of the lady spoke excellent French. Everything was great. Be aware that there is no elevator and the stairs are a bit steep. The hotel is in the very heart of the old quarter but quiet at the same time. I highly recommend it.

The location is great - super central yet quiet. The beds were comfortable and the staff very friendly. If you are reasonably physically fit, you won't mind that the hotel doesn't have a lift. The bathroom unfortunately had black mould in several places, which also left a slightly musty smell. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the fridge either as it was also infested with mould.

The location is excellent and the staff are super friendly. The room is good and clean. There is no elevator, We knew it from the start but we still booked it because of the location and enjoyed it..

- Central area in Hanoi Old Quarter - Beds very comfortable - Clean and tidy room - Hotel staff friendly and willing to help with anything e.g Tours, airport transfers, sim card etc Nothing we didn't like but a little tip: Taking a right when you come out of the hotel will take you down a busy touristy road (especially at night). If you take a left instead you will find it gets slightly quieter and there are better restaurants
