Classy, clean, great value, with excellent service in a good location. It was such a nice stay. Really comfortable and if I ever come back I will be staying here. Nothing.

החדר היה לא כל כך נקי, מקלחת לא מתוחזקת כראוי, ומזגן שלא באמת מקרר אז היה חם מאוד. כשהסברנו לצוות שהמזגן לא מקרר, ניסו לעזור לנו, אבל זה לא באמת שינה. אבל חוץ מזה מלון סהכ בסדר, המיקום מעולה, פשוט התחזוקה דורשת שיפור.

This is my first time traveling in Hanoi and we booked this hotel, it’s amazing service and good location, near old quarter and night market streets also. Specially thanks LYN and MEY for kind and friendly hospitality. They’re very nice and ready for help if you need anything.Room is clean and quiet environment,everything is prefect . Highly recommended to choose this hotel when you come Hanoi.

Location, cleanliness, hospitality

The area is really good many restaurant near by and massage is the center of old quarter the elevator is slow and its only on 8th floor so u will go to stairs for 9th floor for bfast area

The location is exceptional, the staff is so helping and friendly, especially Danny at the reception, clean room, spacious.

The property is central, close to every major attractions, restaurants and cafes. The rooms are spacious, clean and has everything that I may need. Even though the hotel is on a busy street, the rooms are perfectly soundproof without any disturbance. The staff members are absolutely helpful and kind! When I am in Hanoi, would stay here again and would recommend you do too!

The staff were extremely helpful and kind during our stay. They helped with the transport to the airport and are very responsive whenever we messaged them before we arrived. We had some problems with our room on the first night and they did all they can to help us solve it and eventually changed us to a new room when it was available. The location is convenient and near beer street if that’s what you’re looking for. there’s nothing i didn’t like. it was a short stay.

Very cozy location in the Old Quarter which made it within walking distance of all the spots in the area. The building almost hides its charm from the outside but you see it within the lobby and rooms. Danny and Lyn were very helpful with my questions about the area and what I needed to know being for the first time in Vietnam. Stayed for two nights and I did not have any issues that I can think of.

Central location and excellent staff support. Would like to commend Daniel for his outstanding service in making our stay memorable. He was always cheerful and went out of his way to assist us. Bathrooms could use some hooks, tray in the shower to place shampoo and soap. A suitable piece of furniture to place suitcases and some milk in the tea tray. Appreciate the free bottles of water though.

It is a great place to stay, the hotel staff is nice and think with you. They have a lot of connections to help you out with your stay in Hanoi. Through them we got in contact to a day trip to Ninh Binh & a day to Halong bay. Without the recommendation we would need to plan these trips ourself and this was a nice way to relieve us from planning. The location in Old Quarter is also great everything is walkable distance.
