The location is good. I like the staff members and how comfortable the room was. Shout out to Ms. Tracey she helped me with everything I had. Taxi, tour guide and checking the room. I recommend this hotel for short stay solo and family travelers. One of my pillow case was not changed when I arrived. It had a foul smell. But after that everything went well.

Location was nice The photos didn’t match the actual room. It was marketed as 4star but didn’t qualify as even a 3star. It was a private residence kind of hotel and rooms had broken tiles, patched paint and washrooms were not clean.

We used Elite Hotel as a base, returning several times after 2-day trips. The staff is exceptional and makes us feel at home. The hotel is located right in the middle of the Old Quarter and close to very crowded, noisy streets, yet the rooms are quiet. It is an excellent value. Some rooms are a bit in the smaller side, and there is no elevator. However, the staff is available to take the luggage up and down from the room. The place is starting to look a bit tired .

Really lovely hotel run by very kind people. Location is great, close to everything you need down a side street too so still quiet enough for a good night sleep. 24/7 check in was great for us as we had a late check in after a bus. Room was very clean, had a big window letting in light which (is quite rare in Hanoi), comfy beds and good shower. Recommend if you are looking for somewhere to stay :)

Arrived at the hotel with a food poisining, staff was really kind and helpful with tips to reduce my suffering. Bed was comfy.

I like their staff. The one who bring our bags to the other hotel when our room is not available yet due to one of their guest's kid got sick. This boy is really accommodating he understand english. He may not speak normally but he's one of the best person i have spoken with in Hanoi. Nothing really. This hotel is in the center of beer street! Night life of Hanoi

Michael is a huge asset to this well-located property in the old quarter. Nothing is too much trouble for him, and he appears to be on hand to problem solve 24/7.

The location is great; very central, hardly any street noise. Staff are friendly and helpful. Very little sound insulation within the building. Shower very old, needs repair work to be able to be cleaned better.

Staff did what they could and were pleasant enough. The hotel is horribly dated, poorly maintained, and basically broken everywhere. Nobody cares about this place. It's not the fault of the hotel staff or regular cleaning. This is an ownership problem. Our room smelled of mold, and the bed was hard as a rock which made sleep very difficult. Bathroom door is made of glass with no real seal, so it's basically like having somebody on the toilet next to your bed. Wallpaper is broken and worn, walls and ceilings needed paint 10 years ago, TV is old and crappy, etc. We could not have our breakfast because we didn't sleep enough to wake up for it. So, cannot rate that, but we can guess it follows the same pattern. And it's not even particularly cheap. What a huge ripoff. Stay away.

Very high standard. Clean, comfortable, very helpful and friendly staff. It was all great. Be aware there is no lift, but helpful staff insisted on carrying our luggage up.
