The staff is amazing

The room was very small and we felt it was overpriced. But the staffs were very friendly.

This is not a true 3-star hotel. The hotel looks different from the pictures online. There is no proper space or table to have breakfast. The location is also not ideal, as there is a car cleaning business directly at the entrance of the hotel every morning, which makes the place look unprofessional. I don’t understand how the owner or management can tolerate this.

The location is in the center, very near to restaurants. Though in the center and yet, it's not noisy at all. Thumbs up.

The location was excellent and walkable in Old Quarter. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the service was truly outstanding. The air conditioning worked well and the shower was clean with plenty of hot water. Mr Nguyen, Ms Tam and staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable during our stay.

The hotel's prime location in the heart of the city center proved to be perfect for our stay. Everything we needed was within easy walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. What truly set this property apart was the exceptional service from both hosts, who went above and beyond to guide us with both small and significant details throughout our stay. Their attentive assistance and local knowledge made our experience particularly memorable. The rooms could be bigger.

I like the staff very helpful and place

Staff are so sweet and helpful they will give you amazing recommendations and help you with taxis to the airport, anything you need. We asked them so many questions about good local restaurants and every single place they recommended was amazing and very local indeed, they won't send you to the places where everyone goes! They really know Hanoi like the back of their hand. We did laundry too and it was done so well and fast, the hotel is located on a quiet street, the TV is nice, room was really nice. No complaints at all! And amazing value.

Very friendly staff who can recommend great places to eat and share valuable cultural tips. The hotel is well-located—right in the heart of the Old Quarter, but tucked away on a quiet street, so you don’t step out directly into the busiest tourist areas. There’s a reliable airport pick-up service, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. I’d recommend paying a bit extra for a room with a small balcony—you’ll get a lovely view of the neighboring old buildings and a first glimpse into Hanoi’s eclectic character. During our second stay, we experienced issues with the shower—on the 6th floor, the water pressure was low, which made it hard to enjoy a proper wash.

I enjoyed my stay at Hanoi hotel. It's a basic, no frills hotel but it was very clean and very comfortable. The staff was very nice and kind, and made me feel welcome, and made sure all my needs were met. Room was cleaned daily. It's on an alley away from a main road so it's not noisy. Location is great and I walked to every activity. If I'm in Hanoi again, I will book this hotel again.
