Everything was great. Just one feedback to make it even better would be to add a duvet instead of just a sheet.

This has, by far, been my best accommodation in Vietnam so far. The homestay owner Mr. Hoanh, and his lovely family have made me feel right at home, and have gone out of their way to accommodate all my needs. The room, the bathroom, and the whole property were extremely clean, and cleaned a few times a day, the room was quiet, and my experience in total was incredible. Once back in Hanoi, I will totally go back to stay with them. Absolutely nothing.

This place is the most beautiful places I have ever stayed, the host is really really nice, he help you finding restaurants, atms and everything you need, room is so big , quite and it is really close to everything, I really feel so happy when I find places like this, I stayed 2 nights and when I came back to Hanoi I stayed 3 more night because IT WAS THE BESTTT

Very central and the host were so sweet and attentive.

Owner was exceptional !The host was so kind and warm. He provided us every thing needed before even asking. He allowed us to keep our bags after check out. Rooms were clean and tidy and had all enough facilities. It was worth the payment. Bathroom is shared, but this something that was known before.

Lovely supportive host

The host was very helpful and shared many recommendations of where to visit and what to eat. He was communicative and made it easy to find the property. The room itself was clean and perfect for a one night stay. And the location can’t be beat. Nothing!

walking distance to most of the tourist spots in old quarter. spacious clean rooms. helpful and friendly staff. Even after check out they allow us to keep our luggages and even offer us to use the toilet and towel. They arrange for an airport drop off for a reasonable price too. you will share a bathroom to another room (just one room) but the staff made sure to clean and make the floor dry after you use it.

They really helped us with everything we needed. The room itself is large and comfortable. The bathroom is spotless and the fact that it is shared really isn’t a big deal. The owners constantly clean them. Really highly highly recommended.. we will definitely stay there again when in Hanoi

The service of the owner Nothing

You have to share the bathroom with another room but u have the basin in balcony as well. Cant complain for a 16$ room with queen bed and balcony.

We absolutely loved how awesome and friendly the staff are. The rooms were big with tall ceilings and big windows to peer out of. The aircon works great. The accomodation is down an alley which we came back at night feeling very safe. It’s amazing how busy the city is and just down the alley how quiet it was. We hardly heard any vehicles. We are in the Old Quarter but not in the super touristy areas which was great. We liked hanging out with the locals and eating the amazing food. Juan (I definitely spelled his name wrong) sent us links to awesome food places and dishes to eat which we loved. He also booked our bus for us to Sapa and it was a great. Price. Juan is very communicative and responds quickly to our messages. You will not go wrong with this local Homestay. We were trying to book again but they were full and we were sad. We will definitely book here again in the future. No complaints
