The room size was a bit smaller than advertised in pictures. But overall the hotel vibe was good and the central location helped us get around.

Everything: location, staff, fragrance at the lobby, breakfast, bed was comfortable and big enough for us with our 3yo kid. Just to find something : AC at breakfast area was cold

Good location. Friendly staff. Room was super tiny and not very well maintained. Didn’t feel super clean and towels looked quite dirty. Small window also made it feel a bit claustrophobic.

I had a wonderful stay at La Passion Hotel. The location is perfect in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter, making it easy to explore everything on foot. Bella and Rosa were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, making me feel at home throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and having one of the best tailor shops right next to the hotel was an amazing bonus. Honestly, there wasn't anything I disliked. My stay exceeded my expectations, and the staff made sure everything was comfortable from check-in to check-out. they even gave us a goodbye gift I mean it was a bit noisy but traveling around vietnam made me realize people there really love using their honks so that's not the hotels fault .

Sarah, Robert, and Tom are really accommodating. They helped me book the bus ticket to Sapa. I appreciate them a lot! And the breakfast here is great! None

The massage was not the best

Nice and clean, with beautiful decor. The breakfast had a good variety of options as well. The soundproofing isn’t great. You can hear noise from the neighbouring rooms as well as motorbikes from the street in the middle of the night, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

Nice and clean, with beautiful decor. The breakfast had a good variety of options as well. Loved the staff here ,they were so friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room’s soundproofing isn’t very good. We could hear noise from other rooms and motorbikes on the street throughout the night, which was quite disruptive.

We stayed here for three nights and the reception were kind enough to contact us prior to our Vietnam trip of different tour packages they had at a discounted rate for their guests. We decided to book a one day Halong Bay day cruise and it was amazing. Appreciate the staff informing us upon arrival as well when we had to be ready in the lobby by for our day trip the following day. The receptionist was also kind enough to give us a map and notify us of nearby tourist attractions to visit and his favourite local restaurants which we loved! The staff were also very kind to gift us some sweets upon departure and even helped store our bags for an additional three days as we had to leave for the Ha Giang Loop where it’s advised to keep baggage minimal. The breakfast buffet was also delicious and there’s a great selection of food to choose from. I especially love the omelettes cooked here! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay near old quarter in Hanoi and you can expect to receive some of the best hospitality. Nothing to add here as we greatly enjoyed our stay

Well, I liked everything. The hotel was clean and new! The room slightly small but for this price, it was great value. Breakfast was nice. The breakfast lounge upstairs has beautiful views. The staff was super friendly. Location was wonderful. Honestly, we liked everything about it. If you are looking for a city stay - great option! There was a small window in the room, but no proper view. But I knew that before booking so that was not an issue.

The location is excellent — very convenient and easy to explore Hanoi. The price was reasonable, and the hotel itself was clean, stylish, and well-designed. What stood out the most was the hospitality from the staff, especially Sarah, Rosa, and Tom. We arrived very early in the morning (around 6AM) after taking the train from Sapa and were exhausted, but they kindly arranged for us to check in slightly earlier so we could rest. We had booked two rooms on the same floor, but one wasn’t available as the previous guest was unwell and extended their stay. Despite this, the staff handled it professionally and upgraded us to a bigger room as compensation, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was also superb with good variety and quality. To make our stay even more memorable, they even gave us a small warm gift during check-out, which was such a sweet gesture. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and we would definitely come back here again next time if we’re in Hanoi. The road outside hotel is one-way, some drivers may not able to access it directly. However, hotel bellboys were very helpful and assisted us with carrying our luggage.

Air con was cool but because its centralized it takes a while to get cold. Would have liked a fan for comfort.
