The staff here are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Communication prior to our arrival was excellent and on arrival we were greeted with complimentary drinks and snacks which were very welcome after our journey. Hotel is perfectly placed for exploring the old town of Hanoi. Entrance is a little hidden but the fact it's set back from the street means the city noise didn't interrupt our sleep. Room was comfortable and clean and the bathroom had a good shower. Would have been great if the room was slightly larger but happy to compromise this versus staying in a central location.

Room has been upgraded, thus was much bigger than originally booked. Room has been new, as it is a new hotel, all equipped nicely. For transfer and help, Son was a very great help and support.

Perfect location , beautiful room , the comfiest bed I've stayed in Vietnam so far. I was even upgraded to a larger room upon arrival. Great value for money. The star of the show is Son from reception. Clear communication from the beginning , he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy . He even helped to plan some of my trips around Vietnam. Will definitely visit again. Thank you. My room didn't have a window, only a very minor issue.

Incredible new hotel, really enjoyed my stay. Son at the front desk helped me book my entire trip up in ha Giang loop for incredibly cheap with the best recommendations. Location is in a prime position in the middle of old town and everything you want to see is within walking distance.

Hotel in Old town but in a quiet street which is perfect to be close to all the shops and restaurants but also to rest at night. Son is the perfect host, very helpful and he will go all the way to make your stay in Hanoi perfect. All good

This is a great little hotel, right in the Old Quarter. It’s back off the street down a little alley, which means you’re still close to the action, but it’s super quiet. The rooms are lovely and well appointed. What really makes it stand out, is the staff. Son was amazing! He was in touch before my arrival, with lots of information and tips. On arrival I was greeted with tea and fresh fruit. Son really made me feel at home. I highly recommend LaDora if you’re visiting Hà Nội, and would happily stay again!

Very helpful staff and a simple, clean room in the heart of Hanoi’s old town It was perfect for what we needed - a base for sleeping in Hanoi. The room is quite small, but that wasn’t a problem for us.
