Very nicely modeled hotel. Extremely comfortable bedding. Super friendly staff. Only complaint is how noisy it is. Very difficult to sleep when you can hear everyone walking and talking above, below, and next door to you. Reasonable hotel for the price.

The free breakfast was really, really bad! It was messy and in disarray; no one was keeping it stocked, and overall unappealing in appearance!

Though this property is new. It needs some help.. the rooms smell funny not fresh.. the bedding needs to be cleaned better. The free breakfast should be removed.. the morning staff that handles the food sounding like he had Covid coughing all over the place along with several guests. And parents just because we are close to Hershey it does not mean allow your kids to get up at 6am making so much noise you would think they were at the park.. and staff if someone complains please do something

The beds are quite comfortable and the rooms are clean. I especially like the fact that there is not carpet in the rooms. That means the rooms can be sanitized between guests! A real plus! The linen quality is high although I would have liked an extra blanket in the rooms. The breakfast area layout is a disaster when the hotel is crowded. Several mornings we are standing up at a counter where you could purchase water and snacks, etc. it is difficult to move around because of the odd design structures right in the eating area! The public restrooms needed care on several occasions as well. The front desk staff are helpful and friendly. We love the fresh ground coffee and that we can stream from our devices rather than only have the tv channels to watch. We will stay here again when we are in the area.

Clean!!! Great breakfast

Staff were inconsiderate and not helpful with issues brought to their attention.

Check-out guy was a little awkward. He was not rude but very to the point not personable. The negatives: - A lot of glass was broken in the rocks outside by parking and I was worried our toddler would fall on it. The parking lot was not very clean. - The pool is very small. - Stairwell was disgusting. Definitely needs to be cleaned. - Hotel room floor could’ve used a mop. Some areas were sticky in the room… especially close to the beds. - The hotel was very loud from guests at night. We have a sound machine we bring with us to try to help but around midnight the people were loud but that is not the hotels fault and they cannot control how loud other guests are. Just thought it was worth a mention to definitely bring a sound machine if you have children. - Would be cool if they had a grass area for children to run since pool is so small. We would definitely stay here again. Pretty close to Hersheypark, ice cream, and restaurants as well.

I called the front desk to request clean towels, but instead of bringing them to the room, I was told I had to go downstairs and pick them up myself. After an exhausting day at the park, that was the last thing I expected. Clean towels and basic customer service should be standard at any hotel. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I hope management improves both their housekeeping standards and guest service.

The staff was friendly, I have to say, when they were there to talk to. With the hotel being new, I was disappointed, and we have stayed in the same hotel elsewhere, and it was a great experience.

My boyfriend and I stayed here one night and it is kind of close proximity to Hershey park but also not too close so you’re not in the hustle and bustle (especially during concert season). The front desk staff was friendly upon arrival and the room itself (2 beds in the room) was very clean. The only complaint as far as the room was concerned, was the air conditioning unit in the room sounded like it needs some WD-40. The only complaint was the breakfast items that were hot, were cold by the time we ate them. Otherwise, if in the area again and price is good, we will definitely be back :)

The room was small but clean. Staff was friendly. The hot breakfast could definitely use an upgrade. Very basic, sausage, eggs and tater tots. Only stayed one night.
