Nothing This was the most disgusting property o have ever stayed at in my life and I traveled for work and stayed in several hotels. We switched rooms 4 times and each room was progressively worse. They had roaches, burn marks on the sheets, SEVERLY stained sheets. We had no where else to go so we slept for 5 hours before high tailing it out of there

When we arrive we arrive very late at night past the 12:00 deadline. The staff was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. In the morning when it was time for checkout, the woman on staff came to the room instead of knocking just entered. We looked at her and said we were packing to leave. Everything was actually stacked by the door. It was 10:55 a.m. for an 11:00 a.m. checkout. She then proceeded to ask were we smoking in the room which we were not. In all actuality when she came in in the morning for work I was standing in front of the hotel smoking a cigarette. I did smoke outside because number one. I am aware of the smoking policy. I stay in hotels quite often. And number two. I had my 7-year-old and 3-year-old grandson in the room with me who are both asthmatic so I do not smoke around them. She got into an arguing match with my daughter telling us to get the f off of the property because we were smoking. My daughter was very very offended by that statement. This woman actually called the police on us. We waited at the property for the police to arrive and the officers were actually laughing about it because it was quite comical. We then left the property with the blessing of the officer and went to breakfast down the road while at breakfast. I got an alert from my bank that I was charged $150 by their hotel. My room was paid by phone the night before so I didn't understand what The charge was and automatically thought that they double build me. I called the property back regarding the charge and they told me it was a smoking fee. This was all about 15 minutes after I left and arrived at the restaurant. I will be disputing this with my bank and giving this hotel bad reviews on all platforms.

Breakfast, kitchen and wifi not used because of other conditions in facility and room. We would never recommend or stay here again. Everything in the room was falling apart and filthy. Toilet and sinks did not drain properly. It was a horrid mess. The back door to the facility does not work and is permanently open for anyone to come in. The property is not safe. The staff cannot speak English. Only manager speaks English. He was not helpful. Luckily we were there only to sleep at night. This place is a shit hole! Literally everything

Nice hotel with helpful, friendly staff. Convenient access to Hwy 81. Inconvenient parking behind building with long walk to front entrance.

The overnight. The most disturbing part is that the clerk was with what it looks like her son and daughter probably visiting her and the son was very disrespectful to her in front of myself and family. Telling her that she needs to make sure she do her job correctly because she had a puppy with her while checking us in. I think this business should have better hospitality and respect for its clients

Location was the only good point layer of dirt/dust around the floor boards. Wallpaper falling off the walls in the stairwell. Dead bugs in the stairwell Very limited breakfast options

It was close to where we had to go. The front desk person was very nice. The doors weren’t locked. The air conditioning was broke in the lobby. It was hot. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls. We had used old soap in the shower on the top ledge. I pulled out a towel to take a shower and it was dirty. For the coat, I should’ve cancelled and went next door.

We only stayed for a night and arrived late but the room was nice and clean. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Will stay again if ever in the area.

Easy check in and out. Close to Hershey. We slept great and it was quiet. The price was right for us as we just needed a place to sleep after a concert and get ready in the morning. Ice machine wasn’t working and hair in the tub

Would not recommend staying here unless you are really trying to save some money. That’s how I ended up here

Exceptional

I liked the bed The lamps didn't work. THERE WERE BUGS IN OUR ROOM. Baby cockroaches and ants. The management was rude.
