Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Harrisburg - Hershey West, PA

We stayed at this hotel last weekend for our family vacation to Hershey Park and our stay was terrible. I felt discriminated against due to constant text about noise disturbances while my kids were in bed as I was just getting out of the shower. The walls are thin, every step made in my room was a complain. We could not in get out of bed without a text to keep it down. This occurred all weekend to an extend of being threatened to call the cops and being asked to leave in the middle of the night. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

The room was clean, however the furniture was outdated and the mattresses in the room were old and sank in the middle. If I were to stay there again I would request a new room due to the mattresses not being comfortable at all.

Stayed after a day at Hershey Park. We slept too late to have breakfast, but appreciate how friendly the staff was a check in .

Convenient location, very clean and spacious room. Very nice pool, breakfast etc. would def like to stay here again.

Breakfast eggs potatoes were cold and we got there at 6:30.

Hotel was about 30 minutes to Hershey Park. Rooms were average and does not include many toiletries.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. I enjoyed my stay would stay again.

Upon arrival, I checked with the front desk to see if there was opportunity for early check in-unfortunately there was not(we were two hours early) but staff checked and was polite. When we returned many hours later, we were ready to rest after a full day of driving. The couch was pretty worn (saggy) and some staining (I definitely did not want to sit on it) . The bathroom had paint peeling on the ceiling. Overall the room needs a renovation. Breakfast was ok but not great. It is the little things that help or hinder one fully enjoying a property. I would not book there again, having said that, it wasn’t horrible but there are better ones to choose.

Great hotel, only minor defect was the quality of some breakfast items but otherwise great stay.

Room was very clean, if rather spartan. Comfy bed and nice linens. Hot shower with good pressure. Exercise room small but OK. Didn’t use pool, but it looked nice, larger than at some hotels. Couldn’t take a bath because the drain was broken, wouldn’t keep the water in tub. The breakfast counter was littered with spilled waffle batter and syrup, and dripping used batter cups. The “kitchen ladies” for some reason did not clean this up and it was pretty disgusting. The situation wasn’t helped by older kids coming to breakfast straight from the pool, dripping water everywhere, leaving puddles on the floor — also disgusting — maybe the hotel needs to post a sign, “No wet bathing suits at breakfast?!” We chose this hotel partly due to the fact that it had charging stations for our electric car; however, the destination charger, stay-n-charge, was unusable. It required that I download an app, setup an account, enter my credit card, and agree to a charge in $10 increments. This is totally unacceptable and, if we did not have sufficient range left, we would have been in a difficult situation. Had to take extra time in the morning to charge the car elsewhere.

The people at front desk were amazing. I have health problems and when I checked in the girl was so accommodating and moved me to lower floor. And in morning, I totally missed breakfast and the girl offered to bring me coffee and something. I loved this place. I had stayed at another hotel 2 weeks ago in Harrisburg and this was so much nicer! Thank you

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good and the pool with the spa was nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The places to eat and shopping were very close to the property. It was a nice hotel and worth the price.

Next to interstate, Road noise. No breakfast, almost everything was empty.
