For the price we paid, we expected a much cleaner room and better customer service. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the cleanliness and front desk service.

The breakfast and staff were great, the room was clean and nice. The air conditioner blower was VERY strong and unable to change or redirect the air.

The breakfast was ok, I did like where it was located. The jets were not working in the jacuzzi.

Until now, we’ve never had an issue with our stays at Fairfield Inn & suites. In fact, we’ve stayed at multiple and have booked large reservations for our club sports teams. Well, this time they showed us that they don’t care to take care of their customers. After reserving 2 nights for this week, there was an unforeseen that forced me to reschedule our entire trip. So more than a month ahead of time, I contacted Hotels.com to try to change my reservation to another week and also add an additional night. I could see on both Hotels.com and Fairfield’s site that there were still plenty of the same rooms available. Hotels.com told me that it is up to the hotel whether they would elect to modify my reservation. Hotels.com contacted this Fairfield multiple times and were told that Fairfield Harrisburg/Hershey denied our request to change our reservation, not even for an additional fee. So, we were forced to make an additional reservation at a different place. Our rooms at Fairfield we paid for went unused this week. A very greedy and short-sighted move by Fairfield Harrisburg/Hershey. We would have bought additional rooms and you would have made more money if you had chosen to allow us to switch our nights. Instead, you choose to grab a quick free buck but lose any future business with my family, our colleagues, or our clubs.

Breakfast was good!! Smooth check in process and location very clean. I recommend , i would stay again; oh my boys loved the indoor pool and I,the hot tub!

Breakfast was decent however eggs with either bacon or sausage. Oatmeal. Cereal. Bagels/toast. Muffins. Fruit. Yogurt. Waffles. Juice. Milk. Coffee.

my only complaint will be that the shower stall was a bit dirty. overall the stay was pleasant with good breakfast options

The breakfast was the same every morning. Was disappointing. And the guy who works it, while he kept items filled, was horrible at cleaning up. The hotel was full and busy and the food all over the counter and the floors and tables was nasty.

We went on family vacation and all booked room separately but they were able to put us all on same floor and it was very clean breakfast was good would love to stay again next visit

Clean room and friendly staff made our short stay enjoyable.

The location was good, staff were nice and room was clean. Pool area was gross, water was cloudy and dirty. Spa was out of order. Also ridiculously tiny. Room was much smaller than anticipated. Pull out couch was so uncomfortable and there were no pillows or blankets.

Room was very clean, the lighting in the room was great and not hospital like. We didn’t use the pool or gym but they were both in great condition. The bathroom was stocked, the mirrors were clean, and overall it was a lovely stay. I didn’t meet a single front desk receptionist that wasn’t super duper kind and thoughtful. Highly recommend.

Room was clean. Staff was helpful. Great breakfast options.
