Hotel Indigo Harrisburg - Hershey by IHG

The staff was friendly, very welcoming and helpful. The rooms however, could have used more attention. It wasn’t as clean as I would have expected, the layout was bare, and it felt like they needed better maintenance. Breakfast was available for purchase and was on the expensive side, but the food was very good and the service at breakfast was excellent. Not a bad stay, just not a standout one. For the right price and a convenient overnight stop, I would consider staying here again.

Nice pool, location to Hershey Park, rooms and beds and bathroom and staff are very friendly! Not sure I would charge for breakfast, would be a perk if included. Dog friendly too!

Room was clean

Archie at the front desk was very helpful, switching our room immediately when the television didn’t work. Only one treadmill worked in the fitness room. One elevator didn’t work. The pool was littered with lantern flies. Basic hotel overall.

That said, the bed was comfortable and the stay was pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

Everything was wonderful with the stay, however the deposit was $150, even though I prepaid, which seemed high & did not fall off right away after checking out like I was told at check in. I would make sure to check on that with the front desk when you check out.

Easy check in Absolutely no refreshments in the room

Yes there was. A house keeping staff memeber walk into our room while we in the room. When he saw my wife with her back turned he back out of the room. A few minutes later he knocked on the door asked how we got the room.

the property itself was very cozy, and had wonderful staff. i especially loved the atmosphere of the restaurant inside the hotel, and the food was excellent. i am going to choose this hotel from now on when i am in the area!

Good

The location was OK. Customer service was awful. We got double charged. When we called to get it sorted out they said it was impossible and we were passed off 3 times to someone in “guest relations” who took a bunch of notes and promised to contact us within 24 hours to get it settled. It’s been a week and I still haven’t heard from them.

Barely anything I was double charged and the incompetent front staff was afraid to refund me. They told me I needed to talk to some non existent manager to get my money back.
