The entire property including the room was immaculate. The bathroom was stocked with 4 towels and 4 washcloths. This was the first time ever I did not have to request additional towels or washcloths for a family of 4. The breakfast area was well stocked and the staff was constantly refilling the food, juices, etc. the staff was very friendly.

The kitchen staff in the morning were very friendly kind and helpful. The servers should all get a raises for their hospitality. Check in waiting was longer bc only one attendant at the front desk.

Everything! It’s clean, spacious for my family of 6, convenience to Heresy’s park (20 minutes), it has a pool, gym and the breakfast is the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. It includes a variety of options. Over all A+ experience. Nothing

What a hotel! It felt more cozy than other Hilton properties I’ve booked, living up to the “homes by Hilton” name. Bathroom was spacious and the kitchenette area was clean. The full sized fridge + freezer was a nice touch for storage, as were all the drawers in the living room/bedroom area. Nice and quiet in the mornings and at night. A number of restaurant options around. I would recommend this as a place to stay, especially since the roads were not too busy and getting in and out during the day was easy.

We had a wonderful night at this hotel. Great check in experience, very clean, and comfortable beds. Large hot breakfast buffet with something for everyone. Will stay here again on our next Hershey park trip!

This is the best hotel ever. A full fridge, a sofa, a beautiful TV, a comfortable bed, a dishwasher, a heated pool, a workout room, bacon for breakfast -- need I say more?

It was an easy process and got breakfast was nice with 24/7 coffee and tea. I like the fire pit as well I heard big dogs barking a lot and a lot of moving furniture. Also many dog owners were walking their dog off leash on the property and I have a 3 year old with me with made me uneasy. We never took a walk around the property due to this.

Room was nice and super clean. Staff were also really friendly. Can't think of anything.

Room was big. Bathroom was way too small. Pool was very small. Breakfast was great, lots of choices and the staff were awesome. Our suite had a kitchen but no table or chairs to sit at and eat.

Only con was the pillows. Pretty much air pillows. Was hard to sleep due to pillows going flat once your head hits them.

I chose this hotel because of its high ratings, but it was one of the worst experiences my family has ever had. During our 3 night stay sleep was nearly impossible because the walls are paper thin. Every night we heard loud banging running and jumping from the room above us. We reported the noise and while a staff member attempted to address it, the disturbances continued leaving us exhausted. The cleanliness was appalling. We found toenail clippings next to the bed urine around the base of the toilet and stains on the wall. On the third day my husband‘s pillowcase slipped off revealing urine stains covering the pillow. No guest should ever encounter conditions like this. The complementary breakfast was equally unacceptable. The bread was stale, and the eggs, bacon and sausage were consistently served cold. Housekeeping was another failure. My son had an accident in bed and we requested the room and sheets be cleaned while we were out for the day. We returned at 11 PM the bed had simply been made with the soiled sheet still on it and room unclean. We had to call the front desk for clean linens and make the bed ourselves. Management offered a one night credit, but we did not feel it was an adequate resolution given the cleanliness issues, sleepless nights and housekeeping failures. This hotel does not deserve its high rating, and I cannot recommend it. Also no safe in room.
