If I knew that at booking the hotel was under renovations during my stay I never would have booked there. The main downstairs lobby area was a mess due to construction which I won’t hold against them. Pros: Woman at front desk was very nice. Room we stayed it was newly renovated, clean, so new plastic was still on lamp shades. Cons: Due to renovations pool and breakfast area were closed. All signs downstairs said breakfast area was closed so we ordered online from a local place to pick up. As we were heading downstairs to go pick up our breakfast we saw that the breakfast area was open despite the signage. At that point I had already paid for breakfast. Signs said construction between 8am-7pm. That was not the case. They were working on floor directly above us all night. Blasting music, banging, yelling. I got no sleep. I thought someone was banging on my door twice in the middle of the night and got up to answer door and it was construction upstairs. Cleaning guy was annoying to say the least. He was standing in doorway starting at me get ice. When I left to pick up our breakfast he was outside starting again at me again. He walked over to my car as I was driving out and asked if I checked out so he could clean. I said no I was Getting breakfast and returning shortly. After we got back there was knocking at my door and he walked in and kept saying sorry and left. We left after that. I think the hotel will be great after construction. We should have been notified prior

Room was clean but part of the reason we chose this hotel was for the breakfast. It was supposed to be open until 9:30. We got there at 9:10 and it was already closed. Disappointing.

I understand they were renovating. However, we stayed in one of the “renovated” rooms but they didn’t change the window curtains and they were disgusting!

At the time of our stay, August 2026, this hotel was really not ready for guests. According to one of the desk clerks, the property was in transition from the Sleep Inn franchise to a Spark By Hilton. It was in a phantom zone, with remodeling supplies stacked in the lobby, some hallways, and parking lot. Most of the fourth floor was finished, construction was as in progress from 8 am - 7 pm. None of this information was available on the website, and there were lots of other choices. The day clerk was great, the evening staff appeared to be asleep at the desk. Would have stayed at Indigo up the street had I know the condition of this hotel.

Cons: The signs were completely blacked out/ painted over, so there were no identifying features of the hotel beyond a small address (no name, no sign). We had to enter the lot via a badly damaged driveway (which we didn't even know that we would make it up) since the main entrance was blocked off by equipment for exterior painting. Building supplies were stored in the foyer, and our floor had an overwhelming smell of fresh paint. Pros: We stayed in an updated room, so it was modern with an updated bathroom and thermostat. Even the lamps still had their wrapping. It was convenient for highway access, and it's near a few good restaurant choices. The breakfast had many options despite the construction, and my kids were very happy with the selection. I'm hopeful it will be very nice once all updates are finished.

En rénovation, la chambre était neuve.

The bed sheets were dirty, the towels to. There were no bucket ice and no cups.

When the employee then attempted to charge me the $150 deposit, I checked my other debit card because I needed to transfer additional funds to cover the remaining costs. While checking that card, I noticed that there were already two separate $150 charges from the hotel on that account. I immediately showed the employee the charges on my banking app and explained that the two $150 deposits had already been charged to my card. Despite this, I was told that the hotel could not see the charges on their end and that I would still have to pay another $150 deposit. I understand that there may sometimes be delays in processing or seeing transactions on a hotel’s system, but I had already provided proof that the charges had been placed on my account. I explained that I could not afford to have another $150 held or charged simply because the hotel’s system was not showing the transactions yet. I am also still waiting to receive the 2 $150 deposit/authorization hold from my stay. Since I only stayed for one night, I expected the hold to be released after checkout, as is normally the case with these types of hotel deposits.

Clean and all the staff very accomodation

Place was under renovation but I wont ding them for that. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. If I had to make any suggestions, the breakfast didn't have eggs during the week. Only had waffles, cereal and bagels . The silverware was the cheapest possible. Fix those two things up and they get five stars from me

Nothing they were nasty an told me to pay $150 for smoking an I never smoke called the cops an cops said noting to do an I’m still charged

Place was under construction. Was not notified of this beforehand. No sign outside advertising the hotel. Giant crane blocking one entrance from the street. Construction boxes everywhere. Elevator looked unsafe, and stairs had construction boxes on them making them hard to travel up. Didn't even make it to my room, handed the keys back in and left. Management refused to give a refund.

They are clearly in the process of rebranding, so the lack of signage made it challenging to find. The room was freshly renovated and clean, and staff polite.

Under Construction

Our room had an odor, still had plastic on the lamps that was supposed to come off and our remote was sticky. Housekeeping was inconsistent and didn’t change sheets at all during our 4 night stay. Evening staff was rude and honestly made us feel like a burden for being a guest.

I wouldn't have may reservation at this hotel if I new they was remodeling. Hotel was dirty. No shower gel in bathroom, empty container. Breakfast area was dirty and food was ice cold. No hangers in closet.

This hotel is currently under major renovations. The rooms were renovated and decent but housekeeping really needs to do a better job cleaning. There was left over food crumbs on the floor from previous occupant. The blankets were stained and one had a huge hole in the center. I hope the new management are on top of the cleanliness because theres no point renovating if you can't maintain basic cleanliness. Staff were helpful to address our issues. Breakfast was mediocre.

Entire property is under construction, which I wasn’t aware of when I made my reservation. The room was clean though.
-
The outside looks deceiving but inside was nice and clean. Room was brand new and clean. Staff super friendly, continental breakfast. Can’t beat it for the price, would stay here again.

Positives: the hotel staff at check-in was friendly, very nice and helpful. Negatives: -The tile floor in the bathroom was dirty with long black hair and chip crumbs. Even after I asked them to clean it up, it did not get cleaned. I eventually got down in my hands and knees and wiped the floor myself. -Although the floor we were staying on, had been recently recently renovated and had a fresh smell to it, they were using the old comforters on the beds and the old curtains, which looked even grungier compared to the newness of the carpet and the walls. -The hot breakfast was a a little underwhelming on the first day. The second day of our stay there was nothing hot at all. After the renovations are done, this probably could be a great place to stay. But they do need to step up their housekeeping.
