Two pools and a hot tub I liked everything

My family enjoyed our one night stay here. We spent the day at Hersey Park and found this amazing hotel to stay for the night. We arrived late night and the staff was so accommodating. Check in was awesome. We received an upgrade of our room and an extended checkout time. We were assisted with our bags and received extra bedding for our room. Rooms were clean. In the morning, we ate breakfast and went swimming in the indoor pool since it was raining outside. We will be back.

Overall, the hotel was great. This hotel has the friendliest staff and the pools were extremely clean, as well as the hotel, but the room was a bit outdated and had an overwhelming musty odor.

This hotel is severely neglected and desperately needs a complete renovation. There is obvious wear and tear everywhere, and it feels like maintenance has been ignored for years. Even the front lobby, which should make a good first impression, is filled with stained, ripped, and worn-out furniture. The fitness room was dirty, and the equipment was a joke. If you’re choosing this hotel because of the amenities, don’t. The pool and jacuzzi look nothing like the photos online they are extremely misleading and neglected. This hotel is nowhere near the standard it advertises. It’s very outdated, poorly maintained, and not worth the money. I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else until the owners invest in a complete overhaul of the property. The staff deserves much better than the conditions they’re expected to work in.

Very clean inside and out. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Went the extra mile without being asked.

While the rooms are dated, overall the property is well maintained. My one complaint is on the second floor, which is more like a basement and where our room was located , it is very damp.

The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The room was overall clean but there a musty smell throughout.

This hotel was good overall. They have a diner inside arcades indoor pool outdoor pool a gym and so many good things any family would want and its location is super convenient they have a sheetz right next door that's 24hrs and so many other places to eat. The only issues I had was the room smell the room looked super clean overall but smelled like cigarettes very very strong smell it was so annoying.

There were plenty of things to do here, definitely helpful in case the weather wasn’t ideal. The staff was outstanding and so very helpful!!!

The pool, hot tub and play area is fantastic. From my room I could walk right out to the hot tub. It’s not a dislike, but the breakfast menu could be revamped or at least included in the stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the Red Lion hotel. The staff were wonderful and so friendly. My daughter loved the pool and the playground. All the amenities were very nice. The rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. The room was clean just a little bit of crumbs on the carpet by the window. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place great management and love the amenities and hospitality. I’m a returning customer and will continue to come back!

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean and had everything that a great hotel should have. There was some noises at night above floor four…squeaky fan noises every 15 minutes between 11-12pm but it eventually stopped. Shower was just ok. Not great.
