It served our purpose of having a place to sleep. Pullout mattress was thin and overused and the bars dug in our back, toilet ran all weekend, shower curtain rod was barely attached. The continental breakfast was less than edible but again. The unit served the purpose of having a place to sleep. For the cost of $500, I was very disappointed and would not go there again. Pool/ hot tub out of service which was a big reason we booked that spot. Felt short staffed.

The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating…they were truly the highlight of my stay. Unfortunately, the room itself left a lot to be desired. While the bed appeared clean and the bathroom was in decent condition, I found toenail clippings around the lamp, which was very off-putting and raised concerns about the room's cleanliness. Overall, the experience didn't meet my expectations, and while I appreciate the wonderful staff, I don't think I would choose to stay here again.

Great breakfast, clean rooms and fabulous staff!

The property is terrible. We have pictures to prove it. The room was dirty, smelly, bathroom moldy and just gross. We got there late at night to check in. The next day after going out I had spoken to the front desk and the only room that was available to move to smelled like cat urine. We decided to say in the same room since the smell was not as bad. There were fruit loop cereal on the steps for three days. We knew no one cleans in the hotel or cares. As an Marriott member this was an embarrassing stay.

Close to Hershey and dining options. So many guests unable to check in because despite booking a ROM that should have been available at 4PM there was none at 10PM. Pikes of Black bags full of sheets in the hallway going into laundry room. Many rooms missing sofa bed sheets, towels and our pillow cases. I had to put 4 pillows to the side because found stains the cases our pillows themselves. Fridge sides inside hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Weird smell in bathroom, The communal areas were not cleaned. Obvious operational issues. Understaffed, disorganized and need retraining. Marriot is to blame here because there’s no way they don’t know. They just don’t seem to care.

From check-in, the experience was poor. The front desk employee was rude and provided no information about the property or amenities. When we entered our room, it was obvious it had not been properly cleaned. We found a pair of glasses next to the bed, the garbage had not been taken out, there were no fresh towels, and the red chair was covered in white residue. The stove barely worked and took nearly an hour just to boil water, making the kitchen unusable. We also noticed the side entrance door was unlocked, which made us feel unsafe. After requesting toilet paper, we received it, but housekeeping still knocked on our door at 9:00 a.m. the next morning to bring more, waking us up unnecessarily. Lastly, the breakfast advertised as a buffet was very disappointing and the food quality was poor. Overall, this stay was far below what was advertised. I have always trusted Expedia when booking hotels, so this experience was especially disappointing. Given the number of issues we encountered, I hope an appropriate resolution can be provided.

However, it took too long to get extra toilet paper. Also the breakfast area is way too small with very limited offerings. Overall we will probably stay again. The location is convenient.

Service was supposed to come clean the room but never showed up. I was here since Thursday in the same room . The only nice person was the one that sign us in on Thursday.

Location Staying there for years when I’m in town just needs a little refresh

We enjoyed the suite. It came with serving for 4, pans, cups, a fridge, 2 burner hot top and a dishwasher for easy and convenience. The staff was amazing. We didn't use the laundry or fitness center & the swimming pool and hot tub were average. Not much to do in the area but easy drive to Hershey, and Bass Pro Shop and other fun family stops.

It was a very nice place and clean.tlRhe staff was also great! The pool was not open and also there was a gas leak where we had to evacuate the building and leave our things behind!

Room was dirty. Toilet was not cleaned. Bathtub had hair in it.
