The breakfast was cold and the single person keeping food stocked use their bare hands to arrange bagels in the bagel tray. We saw no use of plastic gloves when handling any food along the buffet. Our room had mold on the lampshades and in the bathrooms. The worst use of $500 for two nights I’ve ever spent

Close to Hershey park. Bed was comfortable. The room and ac smelled musty. AC clogged with huge amount of dust. The room was so damp if you used a towel and hung it up it would not dry for days. Chair in room was peeling black flakes all over the room. Stayed 5 nights and room was never cleaned. Had to ask front desk for new towels. They made me go get the used towels and bring them to him. Had to empty the trash myself and leave in hall. Looked Iike drug addicts lived in the hotel. One of the nights they rented a room to what must have been a man who got a female escort. Me and my 9 year old son were woken up at 4am, 7am and 10am by loud sex noises. The staff obviously don't screen before renting rooms.

The receptionist was very nice, the room was beautiful and clean. The breakfast was good. For some reason, a deposit was actually charged and refunded a few days later; this was not mentioned on Booking.com. It would be better to place a hold on the funds rather than charging them outright, as this incurs unnecessary bank fees for foreign travelers. The price is relatively high.

The lobby was very nice The sheers in my room were shredded. The bathroom was meh. The hallway smelled like poop. The bathroom sink did not drain well

The tv in our room didn’t work. There was hair in the pull out couch bed. The pool that they say that they have is only 3 feet deep and the size of a hot tub. The breakfast is very mediocre. Don’t recommend.

It’s old and dirty.

The people were nice, however, the entire hotel smelled very musty. I had to use my room air freshener to deal with our room smell. They don't deliver any towels, sheets, blankets, etc to your room. You have to fetch them from the front desk. Although the hotel is located near everything Hershey Park, it sits right next to what appears to be a crack motel next door. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The AC in my room didn't get cold and was super loud. I was charged a non refundable pet fee on my police K9 per night, they should scrub the bathroom floor and bleach the mold off the shower wall, it was black

The bigger issue was cigarette smoke coming from the room next to mine. The smoke consistently came into my room, and at times the air was so hazy that it was visibly foggy. I initially waited several days, hoping the guest would leave and the problem would resolve itself. Unfortunately, it continued. When I finally brought the issue to hotel staff, I was told there was no evidence that anyone was smoking in the neighboring room because the hotel has fire detection systems. The employee also said he could only smell it faintly and gave me a bottle of air freshener. That did not address the underlying problem, especially when the smoke was clearly affecting my room. I was staying here for work and had planned to remain in the area longer, but the conditions ultimately made that impossible. I ended up moving out and booking another hotel. I understand that hotels can’t control every guest’s behavior, but I expected the staff to take the smoking complaint more seriously and to address the cleanliness and odor issues in the room. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.

Terrible experience – I do not recommend this hotel Our experience with this hotel was terrible. On July 4th, there was a severe electrical storm in the area and the power went out. We arrived at the hotel, but they did not allow us to check in and did not offer us any solution. They did not let us wait in the lobby or give us any option while waiting for the power to come back. They told us they would cancel the reservation without any charge since we could not use the room. However, they later marked us as a “no-show” and charged us for the entire stay. This is completely unfair. We did show up; the hotel simply did not allow us to check in. We tried contacting them several times to resolve the issue, but received no response or solution. Very poor customer service and a very disappointing experience
